DISCLAIMER - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE.I went to this place today afternoon and ordered a crispy chicken combo. Upon opening burger, I found a long hair inside it. I took it back to the server and he without apologizing started arguing with me stating that you are in a mall and it could be of anyone sitting around you. I asked to speak with a manager and he said I am the manager and what do you want to do in a very rude manner. Without even saying a word, he told me do you want your money back, lets do that.The best he could have done was apologize and given me a solution rather then behaving rude. Wish @bigsmokeburger hire some well mannered staff or atleast train them well before putting them on the floor to interact with customer.

Not sure why the reviews are so less.I tried the grill chicken burger and it was really tasty and light. I have tried a lot of burger joints in Toronto but this one was the best. They grill the burgers, and not fry, which definitely feels lighter on the stomach.The toppings are perfect! I would definitely go back!
Overpriced and disappointing burger. The buns are small, oil in which they make fries seems to be used multiple times. Go to McDonald's just few steps away. At least you get what you paid for there.
Decent burgers and fries. Bit salty. Below average front service. Cashier was rushed and not informative. Suggest you look over the menu ahead of time as they will not prompt you.
Big Smoke Burger? More like MID SMOKE BURGER!! I waited 20 min for my burger and it was MID(and that’s being generous). It’s also way over priced! Save your money and go to literally any other burger joint.
I love the lamb burger. Yummy fries also. It was busy when I went (mid week around 7pm). They were in the middle of dinner rush and making every burger from fresh patties… I appreciate the care they took to prepare my order (1 combo + additional burger). They were busy but still courteous and served clients quickly as much as possible.
they have a vegan option - but their buns have an egg wash, so essentially you’re paying for a salad instead of a burger. not a fan, how hard would it be to have a non-egg washed bun?also editing to add: my dad ordered a double beyond patty & his burger cost $31?
The food was very tasty and the customer service was really good. I will definitely keep coming back and overall the food was amazing.
Worst service ever, rude employees and NOT clean at all. Simply avoid them! Food is average but Expensive!
