Our host offered superb service and I only regret not remembering his name. We arrived early and he did everything to accommodate us. We never felt rushed. It has been a long, pandemic-induced absence from Biffâs and a very-much missed experience these last 2 1/2 years. We plan to return soon.

Great experience at Biffs and would certainly return. Our server was Al - he was friendly, energetic and fun, which made the dining experience pleasant. Food was good, had the steak frites and oysters for apps. All of the staff were very attentive and kind not only to ourselves but a of the patrons which was great to see.
The music was a bit loud but not that big a deal. Service was excellent, food outstanding as usual.
Booked a table at Biffs (July 2) as it was across the street from the old Sony centre. Canadaâs Drag Race was on! You know when you book a resto near a venue it usually sucks because the resto have a captive audience and they donât care. Well Biffs was awesome! Great service from all and the food was outstanding. So wonderfully surprised and so happy. Great start to a wonderful evening
Had a 630pm res requested patio, also with my puppy, eventually seated at 715pm. Had to reorder wine choice 3x due to n/a. Service rushed and extremely slow, many diners had long delays in finally receiving their food. Heard staff and mgmt apologizing repeatedly to guests around us, for the slow service and delays. Not what I expected for my 1st BIFFâS experience.
We picked a overbooked night to go...not my 1st time however my friends was. We had a reservation and waited all day to dine & go to concert across the street at Meridian Hall. We never received any of our 4 dishes We ordered all at once 7pm by 7:40 Also only one was a cooked dish We had to cancel and leave by 7:45. The table beside us was a walk in and got their 4 dishes their entire meal which included a 𥩠before us. I chalk it up to just a bad night. It usually rocks.
Amazing service, experience, food! We has oysters as appetizers - they were super fresh and tasty! I ordered trout dish for the main (recommended by the staff), and it was outstanding! Was not our first time at Biffâs, and it always lives up to the expectations and exceeds them! Robert, our waiter, was extremely professional, outgoing, pleasant and personable. The rest of the team was great too! Highly recommend!
I order beef bourguinon at many French inspired restaurants, and despite having cream in it, it wasnât the tastiest beef bourguignon that Iâve tasted. BUT the server who quickly picked up my napkin of my floor, did that with such efficiency. Game Changer! He first placed a freshly pressed napkin on my table and then bent down to pick up the fallen one. Lovely! I didnât even notice that my napkin had fallen. The next time I return, I will try something another than the beef bourguignon.
We had booked another place and yet Biffs just looked better! And it was. We got a quaint table on the street and ordered the prefix menu. It was so tasty. We will definitely go back.
