We left the restaurant after being sat in the bar with a child and the restaurant had no air conditioning in a heat wave, the door was open and we were told they couldn't close the door. We were also told that a server would be by "in a bit". We left before enduring another outing of poor service
Excellent duck wings, we enjoyed the calamari best ever so tender. The food was outstanding and service was excellent. We will be back!

Great selection of beer. Our waitress was fantastic and made some amazing beer recommendations.
Very hot inside, sticky table, had to ask for cutlery, napkins and plates. Also forgot to put in my food order.
It seems staff are new and being trained. Our patio table was wobbly and I was working on fixing it and the server just stood there. When the server brought our beer she spilt some on the table and did not wipe it up. It was just left as a puddle on the table. Not a big deal in the big picture but easy training things that can be fixed.
Great patio! However, the street noise can be very loud at times. Very nice place to sit and have lunch and a beer.
Good place to go before the ball game. Clean. Nice atmosphere. Service is good and the food was tasty. Great beer selection at a reasonable price considering we were right downtown on a Friday night. Will definitely go back.

It was a wonderful afternoon at the Bier Markt in Toronto (The Esplanade location). My husband, son and I...went there for lunch in celebration of Father's Day on: June 29, 2022. It is an upbeat, fun-filled atmosphere. The perfect place to be. We sat outdoors on their lovely patio, enjoying life. All of our food options were VERY delicious. I had the Atlantic Salmon which was super yummy. We would especially like to THANK Mia. R., our wonderful server. She made our visit one that we'll always remember with great happiness. Mia is a true people person. Her most welcoming and beautiful personality makes others feel happy. Mia's contagiously MARVELOUS smile matched the sunny sky. Bier Markt is VERY LUCKY to have such a fine employee because Mia truly takes EXTRA care of her customers. She presents herself in a very classy way. Mia definitely provides a RED CARPET FEELING for everyone. THANK YOU sweet MIA for making our time at the Bier Markt a Wonderful Time. You are appreciated!!
