I went on the weekend when the store opened in the morning. I had a Groupon which made the deals on cakes even better. There was a lot of variety of small and large cakes, and the lady at the counter was friendly and efficient.
The ice cream at BR is good, however the service at this location was bad. The employee was rude.
Usually great when i go in but i called to ask what kind of cakes they had available and she said “you could come in and take a look for your self” the whole purpose of my call was so that i didn’t have to do that…. Also her tone wasn’t very welcoming either.
Such a sweet lady working there. It was a pleasant visit and brownie sundae was made on point and packed nicely
So I’ve got to confess my bias right off: Baskin Robbins is my favourite ice cream chain. But I especially like this location, mostly because the staff are so consistently pleasant and helpful! I recommend the milkshakes. Unlike some other BR locations they don’t over-blenderize. And ask them to add in a banana - that pretty much turns it into a health drink. Trust me, everyone knows that. Especially if it’s chocolate! ?
Great service in this location. Nice, seemingly happy, employees. On the 31st of any month that has 31 days, they have a 31% off deal on their pre packed tubs of ice cream. You can't go wrong but I recommend jamoca and/or pralines.
Really nice people great serving was very refreshing that day.
I went there today and I never saw that girl before. She was very rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. Some people are really nice but personally I think she needs some classes on customer service.
Who can write anything bad about ice cream? The Baskin Robbins experience is the same everywhere, a cookie cutter franchise. Great selection of ice cream always.
Very friendly staff and handling covid well. The line may be long but they are very fast and efficient. Good job!
