Awe, have you tried the Jamoca Almond Fudge and the Mango Tango. Well please try it. The customer service was excellent. My favorite location for years. Friendly staff. Just go check out the flavors ? ? ? You won't be sorry.

So impressed with the service provided by the owner and manager at this store. The cake we ordered was perfectly decorated and packed by Hanee and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that our order was completed as requested. This is the only place we will order cakes from now on- all the kids (and adults) raved about the cute design and quality when it was served.They had a great selection of flavours and the staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Despite it being on such a busy corner the store was spotless and inviting. Can’t wait to go back!

they would not accept my $20 bill because it was ripped and when I asked for a tape they simply said no we can’t help you. I asked why and they said “we can’t take your money because it’s ripped, we don’t know what to do with it”. I explained to them that this is real hard earned money. Anyways, awful service and they also pretended to call the manager and the manager/owner said they refuse to take my money.
Ordered Kernels from them twice recently and both times a little less than 1/4 of the bag was just broken pieces and unpopped kernels. Very disappointing and hard on the teeth. I will just go to other locations from now on.
It’s the worst cake I had ever received for a new year , the cake just melt all over it surface , between 7 to 12 pm , even though we keep in freeze still it’s melt , I think it is made of poor ingredients and without any experience , i try both to keep them in shape inside and outside the freeze but it was failed and now it’s looks so bad that it’s doesn’t look like to eat , such a waste of money and I wish I bought cake from another regular store …?

I came into this baskin robins later in the night with my partner. The workers (hanee and divyesh), despite probably being tired from their shift and gloomy weather, were so welcoming.Hanee was the main one to serve us - quick to scoop and so sweet. She was patient when we were excitedly talking about the “under the sea” promotion and even gave us the marketing headband to remember the night! Unfortunately, one blew away in the wind but the other sits at home haha!The perfect way to end the night is ice cream - the team here just made it 10x more magical. They deserve a raise and all of the ice cream in the world!
