We should have turned around and left immediately. The "service" if you would call it that was extremely slow, poor, service. The burrito was even worse. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito. Perhaps the chicken walked through it. The toppings were soggy & had probably been sitting there all day. Nothing was fresh. The wrap itself fell apart & was soggy as an old diaper. The staff clearly was just slogging through their shift. The person I was with, had the fish burrito, maybe they put a fish ? fin in it. People came in after us & were turning around leaving. This a definite Do Not Go here... fast food? Lol... not so much. If I could, the rating would be zero stars.UPDATE: BarBurrito, reached out to me, via email , apologized for the experience & provided a credit to try them again. They replied very quickly, obviously concerned over the experience. Thank you.
Bit of a let down experience. I’ve been to several barBURRITO locations and generally have a good experience. The employees here seemed to not care about their work.The Food: barBURRITO doesn’t stand out as a burrito joint but it holds its own in flavour and options. Can’t go wrong with the food, generally large portions and lots of protein. Don’t know if it was just a new employee but this location was skimpy on the toppings and fillings. The burrito bowl we got was a joke.The Atmosphere: The restaurant itself was open and bright, easy to read and attractive menu boards. The employees were not very friendly, didn’t speak loud and mumbled a lot and so I had to ask them to repeat what they were saying numerous times.The Verdict: I probably won’t return to this location…

This is the best burrito place in west end hands down and they have very professional and good staff. Sudhır who works there is very helpfull and enthusiastic with customer service besides cooking great food fast. Im giving 5 stars because this is my go to place.
Don’t go here! Staff was very nice but I ordered a chicken burrito a couple weeks ago and it was soo salty I couldn't Finnish it. Which I was sad about bc I love burritos! I was sad I wasted $10 on a salty “chicken burrito” :(

Best service I have ever received at a burrito place. The staff (There name was Farah and Sudhir I think) accommodated with a smile on their face. I also noticed them in action, they were really professional, and were able to give us the burrito we needed. Thanks Guys

Chicken burrito was very tasty, and adding guac is affordable here. Special thank you to Sudhir, he was very friendly and gives good portions. Would definitely recommend.
