Service was terrible.Went for buck a shuck and was initially seated and served a dozen oysters on arrival. When we tried to order another round a new waiter refused to serve us and, after attempting to order with him twice, told us on the third try that we actually had to order drinks in order to get our $1 oysters- which is written nowhere on the menu. If this was a stipulation, it should’ve been stated when we first sat down and inquired about the oysters. Not in the mood for drama, my boyfriend and I both ordered drinks (which were mediocre at best and cost us an extra $40 we did not plan or want to spend), only to still not be served our second round of oysters. The cherry on top was receiving our cheque and seeing that we were charged for both rounds of oysters.I understand that cheap oysters are used to lure in customers and make a quick buck off drink sales. I’m at peace with that. However, I do not appreciate the backpedaling when there is no attempt to make customers aware of that as a requirement on the menu or before they order. I regret leaving a tip but unfortunately I have manners, unlike the server we fell pray to at this establishment.Extremely unimpressed.
The only reason why I am giving it three stars instead of one is because the beer selection is outstanding. Otherwise, I was very disappointed. The server barely showed up at our table so we had to wait about twenty minutes before we could get her attention. The food was underwhelming with a chewy burger and a soggy bun.This place is amazing if you're there for drinks and the buck-a-shuck. If you're looking for a full meal, I suggest going elsewhere.

Came here before pandemic and after pandemic and have always had a pleasant time. My latest visit, there was no dine in option but I wanted to come to get some beer and drinks. The server at the front was very kind and explained to us any questions we had about the drinks. You can get cold drinks and even a growler of draught beer which was pretty decently priced. Can't wait to come back during the summer to sit and have a drink or two :)
A cozy place, small but chill, not too loud. They have quite a few beer options, and some good wine selections too. Can be a good choice if you are looking for a simple drinking spot with friends around King West.

Amazing bar and great food! The bartenders are very friendly, and I was honestly pleasantly surprised by the food. The drinks are very fairly priced too. 100% would recommend!!
We came here tonight for the buck a shuck oysters and tried a few other things on the menu. Our server was lovely, she had good knowledge of the beers on tap and recommended a good IPA. Food was quick, poutine and Nashville chicken sandwich were amazing. The place itself has a great vibe and atmosphere. Would recommend!
One of my favourite local bars. Their beer selection is consistently amazing and their food is delicious! Great place to have a drink with friends or a nice dinner out.
The bacon cheeseburger at this location was delicious. Really flavourful patty, crispy bacon and nicely toasted bun. The fries were good as well, though they could've been a bit crispier.Also, if you enjoy light stouts try the Blak Katt - light taste, and absolutely smooth.One last note, I really enjoyed the music here - jazzy/hip-hoppy mix with some excellent 90's classics. Overall a good place with a great vibe.
