Just had one of my worst experiences with a waitress at this restaurant. We entered the restaurant which only had ~30% occupancy, we were a group of 10 and there was plenty of seating. The waitress scoffed and started complaining that we had such a large group... We did not see the waitress again for ~20 Minutes, who then abruptly slammed down water glasses at our table and then left without a word. Later when it came to actually ordering food and drinks....She would not move to the other end of the table to get the orders from the people seated on the far side of from where she was standing, so they had to yell across the table so that she could hear... She then told us that we had to pay on a single bill only. We then requested for the bill to be split, she slammed her hand on the wall then proceeded to split the bill.... It was a very odd experience to have. Beer + Oysters (buck a shuck night) were both fine. Service not so much. Will never be back
Oysters are great, fries fantastic, other food also great, lots of interesting beers.The Achilles heel: it's understaffed, so service is low if it's at all full. The management should consider two rather than one server-bartenders, especially since they are running oyster specials to attract people.
There was one employee working. He was so swamped. Never got my food order, my friends' food order showed up almost immediately, and our drinks took about 30 mins. Refills another 30.Poor kid was doing his best but mgmt needs to fix their staffing.

My wife and I returned last night after two years and were amazed! The layout and decor have been spruced up really nicely, the beer selection was unique and fresh, service was friendly and the food was outstanding! Great experience. Side note: The music playlists are always on point at this location! Bonus points there. We shall be back soon.
A bit on the pricey side but good food and service. Salty to me but my friends loved the food so maybe it’s just me lol
