Hands down, my favorite ice cream shop. They make the ice cream in house and just carry some of the most unique flavors in the city! Some of my favorites are the avocado and sour sop. Tropical flavors that are hard to find elsewhere and even if you do, aren’t as creamy as this! You can choose to get your ice cream in a waffle cone, or between a cookie, by the pint or just in its own.Would highly recommend! Lines up in the summer on a hot day, but totally worth the wait.
I had the matchamisu and rosewater/raspberry flavours. I love the creativity put into the selection of ice cream flavours and the egg waffle as a "cone." However, last time one of the scoops was further down the waffle and that was a better experience than this time because now both scoops are at the top and then you just eat most of the egg waffle by itself which gets a little dry due to lack ice cream. Oh and I was sad that a lot of the older flavours are gone from the menu.
Totaro & Mango Pudding Ice Cream with Sticky Rice in a bubble waffle cone is a must try!
This place is worthy of every onomatopoeia you can think of as you lick away.Friday around lunch, sunny day in downtown Toronto, you, your partner, and the ice cream munchies decide to eat. This place pops up and you go for it. My choice was the pineapple on top, mango on bottom with sticky rice (not actual ice cream names) with a waffle cone.I was blown away. Bang banged my taste buds. I could have swore beautiful music was playing in my head while I made work of what can best be described as true art.Warm sun on your skin, smile on your face, walk through the park. Can't beat it.Very highly earned 5 ?'s.Gluten free options were also looking fit af.
Never have I ever...waited in line for ice cream. It was totally worth it!I've been told about Bang Bang so I needed to experience it. The downer, having a huge lunch before so I settled for a half Sammy of chocolate peanut butter and burnt toffee on an Everything cookie. The people at Bang Bang do an amazing job with their products. Everything is super flavorful and worth the wait. It's no wonder why people wait in line.
LOVE this ice cream shop! Ultimate favourite so far. The flavours are unique and so on point! Clean taste and smooth texture throughout - Beautiful ice cream. If I lived near here I would come here everyday. So delicious. Can't recommend this place enough!Their waffles are delicious, you have to try it. It's crispy on the outside and so soft inside, the texture and flavour of the waffle compliments their ice cream so well.If you like rum and want a kick of it, their matcha-genmaicha tiramisu will do the trick. This flavour ice cream has matcha cake soaked in rum. It gives a good kick of rum.If I point out one thing, I wish they had a better sign to clearly show their shop name. I almost walked by the shop because it isn't clearly shown. The banner at the top of the shop only shows 'ice cream and bakery'.Also to line up for this store, you don't just lineup behind the people ordering because that would block the sidewalk. There is a big wooden pole to the left of the sidewalk, just before the shop, that has the word 'bang' with a QR code printed on a white paper. And with that you will notice orange bars with black and yellow lines to separate the road space from vehicle traffic. This is where you lineup. The QR code links to their menu. And once you're in line, there's a trash bin to your right that has another QR code and menu on white paper.
Favourite Ice cream place!! Lots if unique flavours. I love their Totaro and Papa milk tea ❤️ I recently tried their matcha/jasmine. Very strong tea flavour! ? There isn't any seating, so just keep that in mind if you plan to visit.
Really good ice cream, a ton of different flavours. There was a line out the door when I went, took around 5-10 mins. Staff seemed a bit stressed.
Delicious! The waffle cone is made fresh. We tried the flavours BOBA PAPA MILK TEA. Legit tastes like bubble tea with tapioca. LYCHEE ROSEWATER Raspberry was refreshing and light; a sweet taste of spring. MANGO PUDDIN’ Custard was delicious. The sticky rice was a great addition to flavour and texture. TOTARO tastes exactly like ube. Not a very strong flavour so after a few tastes, I couldn't taste it anymore.Overall, Bang Bang Ice cream is a great place to try out interesting flavours at an affordable price.
Great selection of ice creams and I've liked every single one I've tried! I've ordered scoops of ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, and pint of ice cream. If you're on the fence with what to get here's my recommendation.Scoop - I would go with ice creams that have things mixed into it such as GOLDEN OREO my favourite so far.Sandwich - I like flavours that don't have things mixed into them because I think there's too much going on if you have the cookie AND the ice cream flavours trying to get your attention. I like LONDON FOG for sandwiches.Pint - really depends on how you serving it, I always get a pint of Golden Oreo when I come by because it's just so good. What I had this time:[ Campfire Marshmellow ] This one leans more towards the sweeter side. Delicious... Taste just like s'mores if it was ice cream. Would like it more if it had a little more cracker.
