Cute cafe, and very spacious compared to the downtown locations. Their espresso coffee are always amazing and my go to when ever I go there. They also have take home bean options as well
The chai latte is awesome here. And the building itself is so chic. Great spot to get some work done on your laptop or for a coffee with friend. Great selection of baked goods as well!!
Cute place but I was dissatisfied with my coffee and they refused to make me something else so I'll stick with Starbucks next time.
Cute spot, I was surprised to find a Balzac in this location, decor is great, they have a big patio, tins of spaces to work from a great coffee
Always enjoy their almond croissants. We also love to sit at their patio, clean and not overwhelming busy.
Nice cafe, good work space, half of the tables has outlets, not a lot of people, I love their match coffee, friendly staff. Besides I’ll have to reconnect to the wifi every hour everything else is perfect.
Where do I even begin?! I love this place. The espresso is the tastiest in the city. They have delicious breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. They even serve alcohol!! The decor is beautiful! It was an old factory that was cleaned up and rebuilt into this beautiful cafe. Last but not least, the staff rock! Seriously, they are really nice, easy going, professionals and it's a joy to interact with them. The downsides are the challenge finding parking- the cafe is located in a trendy residential area and their hours!! Ugh, I wish they stayed open later than 6pm. I would absolutely stop by for a drink with my husband after work or a girlfriend. I love this place and you will too!
Pretty good food and coffee, the place is spacious and beautiful. I do not recommend for work though. The power outlets don't work so you can't charge your computer and the internet is unstable, I had to hostpot from my phone.
A pleasant surprise. My family strolled in on a whim after taking the kids to a nearby playground. Balzac's was immaculately clean, the service was quick and helpful and the product excellent. The coffee was smooth and flavorful with minimal bitterness; the espresso drinks we tried (oat milk cookie latte, salted caramel latte, regular latte) were all exceptional. The brownies also deserve special mention for being dense, chocolatey, soft and not too sweet. Highly recommended.
Cafe is really nice and the coffee is good but I have to dock a couple stars due to there being no working power outlets. Do not come here to work with a device that may require charging. There's plugs, theyre just turned off to patrons
