Service and Manager was really nice! Food was fresh and tasted amazing!

I don't know what's happening with this Wendy's management, but... 1. My Junior Burger with Cheese was cold, dry & dried out bun. 2. No fixings for Baked Potato ... only butter. 3. No fork or knife 4. snow was so high around sign, you couldn't read it (5 days after last snowfall)... 5. Ice & snow ruts in drive thru just about took out bottom of my car! Been that way for a month.
I've been ordering from this location for 8+ years and almost always have a had excellent experiences, the food was amazing! Since the pandemic I have gotten food poisoning twice from this Wendy's location. I dont think I will continue buying here. They also have been forgetting or adding items that should/shouldn't be on the food. I'm really sad at the quality. They also had a window sticker with Fa**ots spray painted on it up for 3 plus weeks. I even texted a picture and an explanation to Wendy's head office and it took almost another 2 weeks to hear back. I was so offended I even called the store personally to explain how insulting this was and how unprofessional it is for a food establishment to have that stay up for 3 weeks.
As always food is good just can’t ever seem to get the order 100% asked for no onion? Here’s some extra onion.
We went to this location at almost closing time. Unfornately they ran out of most of the ingredients.
I believe Wendy’s rating is going down obviously bcz of the staff i.e. North Indians. Illiterate.
Food is good. Service has been a little slow lately. There's one guy at the drive thru that shorted me change on three occasions. Twice he got me and the third time I caught it at the window.
Great service, quick and affordable.
