Depending on the staff you get here to make your order. Will be how good your product will be. There is some staff that appreciate their job and can hear it AND taste it. Then you have some that are there JUST for the job. And outright LIE to you when you confront them. I order a VERY specific drink. I've drank daily and know what it looks like. So when it's darker than what it should I'll call it out. I was told I'm wrong and to just drive away. Yeah. If this wasn't one on my way to another location then I would avoid here. BUT it's not just this location. Nipigon Tim Hortons is the by far THE WORST Tim Hortons I've ever been to.The absolute WORST ISSUE I HAVE... is to the staff that are stealing my money to act as a tip. Every day I have to put out my hand when I pay in cash and ASK... YES ASK for my change back. I'll pay and before they give you the change they'll hand you your drink. THIS IS WRONG AND IT'S THEFT. If I don't want my change. I'LL SAY IT. Not just assume and take it.Tips are for staff who make below min wage. You can ALLLLLLL argue this with me. But that's why it was there in the first place. To adjust for the balance of wait staff. Wait staff go above and beyond to serve me and take care of my needs. Not hand me a drink and expect a 20% tip lol.Sorry for the wall of text. This is me and the ONLY way I know how to get the message out clear and detailed.
Absolutely disgusting staff working on Tim Hortons on Waterloo Av.I.ve sent my son to get a large SALTED CARAMEL ICECAP and he came home with a crappie, 3/4 filled cup, no wipe cream, no caramel, no recip.It.s the 3rd time this happens.Absolutely disgusting the lack of professionalism.
Very slow service. Coffee's great though.
Today at 12.20 I went through the drive thru and orders two farmers wrap as I had the deal of 2 for 5 dollar and two coffee and a muffin. While we were paying the girl by the window said she we have no deal and was very unfriendly. Later we opened the wrap and it had no hash brown and was made very badly. I have even taken a pic for the proof. We waited so long to get the order. The deals are meant to get more customers it not that we are saving money. The attitude was very bad and it’s not how you serve ur customers.
My husband has a soft voice and was ordering for all four of us in the car at the drive through. The person who took our order had a hard time hearing him so a manager (I'm assuming) appeared and tried to retake our order. She was impatient, rolled her eyes at us and slammed her fist on the counter several times. I told her she was being aggressive and rude to us and she responded that she wasn't, that she she couldn't hear us. In the end they got our order wrong.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the night time shift lady!!(weekdays) Literally love her! She's ALWAYS so nice and friendly, and every time I go there, the coffee is perfect!! One of my go to tims(I only have 2 that I go to)I look forward to going here every evening.Edit: whenever this lady is not there, the coffee tastes gross ? 5 stars for the lady on the weekday evenings, but 0 stars for whoever makes the coffee on the weekend.
