Went thru drive thru about 6:15 pm Monday evening, very slow and only 1 car ahead of me. Ordered a med french vanilla cappuccino, got to window and rude attendant said it was $3.98, is said what!?! $3.98? For a med french vanilla cappuccino, he said, " that's what I said", I said can't be a large was $2.92, 2 hours ago. He said so you dont want it I said no, drove away, went to balmoral Tim's and it was $2.61 TOTAL [email protected]??! What the heck just making up prices I guess. May not be going to ANY Tim's anymore.
I would rate this even lower than a start if I could Not only that the hours there are messed up the staff is undertrained for the most part And everyone who knows what they're doing is management All I suggest is better training conditions before Sending them out Or higher people with better experience In the coffee and food making industryThere's always retail for people who can't work!
This Tim’s is sooo slow, in the morning if there are 4 or more cars there I go on to the next Tim’s because that is a 20 minute wait minimum. One time we went there on a Sunday afternoon, 5 cars in line, decide what the heck, maybe we’ll get through in 15 min. 45 minutes. No exaggeration, I couldn’t believe it. And when we got closer to the window we started watching to see what people are getting, are they all ordering a couple of sandwiches and wraps maybe? No! The car two vehicles in front of us sat there for 5 min and all he got was one hot beverage, the car in front of us took almost 10 min and they got 2 coffees. I don’t get it.Going inside is a little faster but not always, once there was a lineup outside so I went in, it was busy, about 7 people in front of me. I was in line for almost an hour. Would have walked out but I was meeting someone there and they ran late. Crazy
Took 15 minutes to serve three cars ahead of me in drive through on a Saturday at 630 pm. Happened last week as well around the same time, will never go there again.
Good service , hot fresh product , fair prices - however why do they advertise product on their board if there sold out ??
The staff in the early morning are absolutely amazing. They are always very polite and fast at the drive thru. Every morning there is always a friendly voice to serve me my morning fix.
If you like the taste of burnt sandwiches? Where's the quality control?
We went through the drive thru on May St (TBay), with very specific requests. We decided to go inside instead as we had to wait as we didn't call in our requests. We had a great convo w cleaning staff while waiting. Luckily it wasn't a busy time. Great service & staff happily provided us with everything we needed & more. Chi Miigwetch
Where to start…. First off the wait time in the drive thru was CRAZY! had no donut selection, no ice coffee pretty much nothing… I did not see a reason why this location is even open….
Why have the closing time at 9 if you're closed before then, I know the drive thru is open but some of us don't have cars in this economy.
