The expresso machine has been broken for weeks, so they can't make half the drinks. I wish they would put a sign at the beginning of the drive through so you don't wait for no reason. A sign at the ordering station doesn't really help.
Absolutely l9ve 85% of staff. They are amazing and have my coffee ready before its even my turn i love it

They never open a second lane, even in the mornings when it's work rush. The steeped tea is ALWAYS cold. I've been going to the one on Cumberland due to this in the mornings.

Ordered L london fog just had 1 tea bag. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and no cream cheese in it. Ordered croissant grilled with butter neither was done. Worst experience.
