Amazing staff and clean premises. Worked here for a few hours and the wifi was fast as well.
I havnt went for years and stopped in because I remembered the epic dessert section they had. And I'll emphasize had! I was so disappointed to see a very scaled down dessert section that had display cards not the actual dessert and the desserts were nothing I would eat :( I guesse they are going healthy organic? Not sure but was majorly dossappointed ni more cheese cake do I bought an over priced w e it was some 20 letter drink and bounced. The actual facility was super clean and workers friendly so they have that
Poor customer service. Confused (undertrained?) staff. Misheard my order. When i complained did nothing to remedy it. Looks like a new building though!
Flat white coffee has been my drink of choice for years. This place use to do it right but ever since they decided to have only the drive thru they make the worst flat white ever. Worst of the worst. The barrista should get retrained on how to steam the milk. Please. These drinks r super expensive. Do it right.!!!!!
There was a long stint of time where orders could not be made via mobile without using the drive-thru, which itself is probably one of the most unfortunately situated locations I'd ever experienced. The staff were irritable - Something I think is understandable, even if maybe at times inexcusable, given world events. The parking lot suffers the same problems as the drive-thru as the location is incredibly cramped and difficult to navigate at even the best of times, though my issues begin and end with actually acquiring the coffee rather than the final product itself.
Was really looking forward to redeeming my birthday coupon (on my lunch break today) and was disappointed to learn that I couldn’t use it at the location I frequent (pay and redeem points using the app). The associate kindly informed me that I couldn’t redeem my coupon at that location, (honestly hard to determine what a valid location would be based on the email) and so after enjoying a birthday dinner out, I drove to a different location to redeem my coupon. Unfortunately they had closed for the night by the time I arrived :(#nobirthdaycoffeeforme
We got a Venti Americano, Venti Irish Cream Cold Brew, and 2 warm sandwiches. Price was reasonable and everything was delicious. Especially the Irish Cream Cold Brew, I hope they keep it on the menu for a while!My only small disapointmemt was that the Chicken Bacon sammy didn't have any sauce so it was a tad dry. The bun did have butter I think.The Chicken Caprese on Ciabatta was great.
Bought a Smoked gouda and bacon breakfast sandwich. Felt pretty ripped off lol didn't taste that bad but geez ?
The drive-thru server was lovely and only reason for more than 1 star ... the lack of mobile app updating individual store details is the frustration. Chose in-store pickup for my mobile app order but when pulled in, doors are papered over with signage that drive-thru only, forced into queue that took over 25min, plus a few extra min due to staff 'forgetting' the sign says drive-thru only but placed my drinks at the in-store pickup counter without advising the drive-thru window person. Seriously, your door signage is barring in-store entry while app still lets you choose in-store pickup that the worker couldn't realise the flaw in the system to sort the drinks towards drive-thru? There ought to be proper ways to update the mobile ordering system for the stores factual COVID-19 operational status re: in-store and drive-thru services, especially the website even for each individual store (there must be some level of management that could feed regular reports to update operating details for respective stores as needed)
