Filed a complaint with corporate. Yet to hear back. Customer service in store and on phone was atrocious. Red River Road manager, you need to train staff better with product knowledge. Pretty sad that we ended up going to McDonald's to get our fries after asking for them in a plant based combo 3 times!

I ordered online with pickup at the store, received an email that there is no time limit on when the pizza would be ready so i waited for 40 minutes then drove there and waited in the parking lot for some sort of notification on pick up.finally received a phone call asking when i was picking up my pizza, i just want to say is that the staff is awsome and the items on the menu just not happy about not being notified that my order had been ready for quite some time resulting in some soggy food.
The customer service agent is very rude and doesn't feel if she really cares when we cancel our order due to her misbehavior
I really enjoy their chicken bites, and cauliflower bites. Best onion rings! Good pizza and funnel cake for dessert. ?
The pizzeria has thin crusted delicious Italian veggie pizza with a pesto base~topped with loads of veggies and goat's and mozzarella cheeses~the pizzeria has all the Covid-19 rules in place~masks, social distancing, directional arrows, hand sanitizers, dividers at the till/payments area etc~staff are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with~it's fun?
My pizza was upside and sideways i am sure as it was being delivered. Terrible service!
