Ordered a pizza and popcorn chicken, arrived home when I opened the pizza to see it was thin as ever, rock solid and when bit into it ripped like cardboard. Zero sauce, hardly any toppings. I called the number and they said they would send a new pizza, to which I waited hours and recieved nothing, called again, they said it was on its way, continued waiting and yet, recieved nothing.Update: The pizza arrived and upon arrival I was once again charged for the pizza that they messed up!Wonderful
Order a chicken sandwich and a pepperoni panzo with no tomato sauce. Food arrived and there was so much sauce on the chicken sandwich that it was unedible and the panzo had a ton of tomato sauce in it (tomato allergy). A simple order of 2 simple items that are both horribly incorrect. At this time I wouldn’t recommend this place
First I’m new to Thunderbay and pizza is my favourite. I’ve tried many places and have to say found my happy place for pizza and wings along with many other items I’ve tried. Rate #10 and more at this location. Awesome services/kind staff/listening skills when placing my order by phone GREAT!

I would say, the same brand that I ordered at the waterfront, was delicious and gave a lot of goat cheese. But bought at this store, there are only a few grains of goat cheese, barely visible, and the pizza is not good. It's strange is so different, and there is often only one staff in this store.
Extremely bad experience with the quality and service. The pizza was cold and chewy. And nobody is there to listen anything. Also manager and staff behaviour was rude.
Very very bad quality of pizza. Extremely rude behaviour of the staff and manager. They were not able to listen anything from us. Really really poor service. Don’t ever order from pizza pizza Edward street.
