It's so hit or miss here. The last time I had a pretty screwed up order and poorly made pizza and the manager contacted me about it via email and said that I would get credited for my order and to eat there again soon. Only a few weeks later I tried to claim my credit and there was none. I emailed back regarding what happened and was ignored. Far better deals elsewhere nearby.

Ordered at 4:15 on a Thursday and we live 5 minutes away but didn't receive pizza until 6. It was only a pizza with bread sticks but we had to wait almost 2 hours for it! My kids were starving! It would have been faster to make homemade pizza from scratch! This happened last week too, called to ask why and told there's nothing they can do. Ridiculous service, going to order pizza at a different place from now on ?
Neat, clean appearance, friendly staff, good for fast food, served hot. Being able to get a decent pizza during later hours is what I appreciate about pizza hut.
Food was good except they literally gave me three littles peices of bacon for my salad. Also we waited a long time on our food.
