Very personable and the most friendly fun staff. All around a great place to be and Mr.Sub IS the superior sub shop.
I wish I got the lady’s name, I went in around 10:30 pm Saturday July 23 and wow, the consumer service was spectacular!!! I hope this message gets back to her because she deserves a great shout out!!!
The ladies working were so friendly and fun. Made the whole experience very enjoyable. They really seemed to like their jobs…and the subs were great too

The man that works during the day (I believe he is the manager) is awesome! Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mom and I went in and she had said no sauce because last time she got the sub sauce it was spicy. He informed us they also have a spicy version and they must have put the wrong one on. He then gave my mom her sub for free. He also added extra cheese on my daughters sub for free because she didn’t get any toppings on her sub. It’s refreshing to have such great service!
Went at lunch and it was packed but the service was fast! The ultimate assorted sub was delicious. Sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather while we ate.
I have to say. Mr Sub.... You guys are really starting to step up your game. I never really used to enjoy eating at Mr Sub. But now I'm preferring it over the "other guys" keep doing what you guys are doing.
Placed an order online and paid for it, when I showed up the store was locked and nobody was answering the phone. So I paid for a sub and never received it. Garbage
