I've ordered from this Mr.Sub a few times, however I'm writing this review exclusively for Luke. You have an amazing, engaging and helpful employee with them. Took time to answer all my questions with enthusiasm and even make recommendations of his own that I'm excited to try next time I visit. Solid staff at this location.
The Mr Sub location on Arthur Street has 2 stellar employees working there ~ On Wednesday, Dec 15th, 2021, my son and I went there ~ It's been quite some time since we've had a sub from Mr.Sub ~Kiersey and Luke were working on Wednesday evening. They were both engaging and welcoming ~ and made 3 of the best subs ever ~ We couldn't wait to get back to the farm we're staying at while in Thunder Bay area and chow down on them ~my son said it's the best meatball sub he's ever had ~ the marinara sauce is bueno ? and my tuna sub was perfect ~ the tuna was delicious & not too heavy with mayo ~ the buns were also delicious ~ toppings were fresh.Anyway, we had looked forward to stopping for subs before heading west and we were not disappointed with our choice, that's for sure☃️Thankyou Luke and Kiersey ~ you are 2 terrific ambassadors for Mr. Sub.Lynne b.Ben b.
Unbelievable experience. A gentleman named Luke put my order together and I have never had such a wonderful experience at a sandwich shop. Personally I believe Mr. Sub sits at a nich between Quiznos and subway and man this guy nailed it. Thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. Thank you.
