McD says they open 24 hrs. I ordered through their app, they took my order at 3.45 am. When I reach about 3.48 am the drive-through was closed by milk boxes with rocks. Then I called them but didn't pick up. However, I met the guys working there. They first told me that they didn't get the order. But I showed my app, then they said they are closed their store, so I should cancel my order—such a bad experience at this midnight. Thanks for the great serving McD. 24 hrs, ha
I always go in to get my food since my orders tend to be wrong a lot. Always get your receipt just for this reason. It makes it a much smoother transaction if you need to call or go back in.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!! I used to drive twice the distance to go to this one because it used to be better. Now unfortunately they literally get the order wrong 8 or 9x out of 10. That is LITERALLY 80-90% FAIL RATE. The manager Ahmed and Gangader say that as the the customer its your responsibility to check the entire bag AND OPEN EVERY SANDWICH TO ENSURE you get what you paid for, and they WILL NOT BE HONORING CORRECTIONS FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I find that odd, your paying for something, you dont get it. Then they either dont answer the phone or flat out say its your problem for not checking entire order. But isnt that what theyre paid for??? The people working there cannot understand what your saying, ive experienced them not even knowing what canadian currency is, we cannot understand them, and they just flat out never give you what you pay for. Im one of the nicest people and i rarely get mad when i call. But me and everybody i know is beyond fed up. They need to hire some more people or just close their doors because the level of service will destroy this business. I want to start a petition just so the owner knows its not just a select few. Most people just cant be bothered to even call in, never mind if they dont even answer. Today i ordered pancakes, 2 mcgriddles: 1 sausage and 1 bacon, and 1 sausage mcmuffin. They gave me 2 bacon mcgriddles, one with no cheese no egg. Who gets a mcgriddle with no egg no cheese???? Jus the griddle and bacon!?!??! Lmfao this places customer service makes me sick.
Only issue is drive thru could be better, some days it is really quick but majority of the time we just get sent to a spot to wait for food. Even if it is only a couple of quick cheese burgers with no one else in line behind us, we still get sent to wait at a spot. Again, if sent to a spot, some days they come with our food really quickly (to the point of why did we get sent to a waiting spot), or we are waiting 10+ minutes.Besides that, staff are always friendly and our order is rarely wrong and/or missing items. ?
This location is always the best,,we had an option to be served at the table clean place and fresh food,, no refills tho but its fine.: still 5
I mean, it's McDonald's. Sorry to say I can't give a chain fast food joint 5 stars, there's nothing life changing about it, and all my favourite items have been taken off the menu. Still, if you want a simple meal, without a lot of fuss, it's good.
I called mcdonald's on memerial after Feb 17th as the restaurant restrictions has been lifted. I cant remember what day it was. I called to ask if the play place was open and after repeating myself 3x because the employee kept interrupting the employee says "yes." I even repeated myself the 4th time to make sure they heard me correctly and I said "Are you sure play place is opened for the kids? I'm only going to eat there because of the play place." And the employee assured me that I heard right and says "yes" again. When I got there I ordered for my kids, wife and I. After ordering I noticed the play place was closed. An employee told "its not yet open." Thx a lot McDonalds. Way to disappoint my kids. Maybe teach your employees some listening skills. And also FYI stop ripping me of on French fries. We ordered large fries with out meal.... not medium fries in a large carton. We all know you squeeze the cartons when you're putting the fries in to make it look full. Your drive thru is also super slow. You guys should rebrand to Slow-Food Chain.
They are quick,friendly and very attentive.Youre never waiting for a long time..you get served almost right away
just bought a large fries but what I like about this store is their fries are always great and usually never overcooked compared to the Red River rd location. I will continue to buy my fries at this location
