I love they have the self order screens which made ordering a breeze and service was super fast granted it was past midnight ,which by the way is another bonus if you looking for food later in the night! The only reason I gave a 4 star was because the fries tasted like they were sitting awhile and maybe just flash fried to freshen them up and burgers meh probly same thing as fries
It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting. And you will here every time because the level of consistency is fantastic here. The staff is always super friendly and it is the go-to location in Thunder Bay if you want great service, great quality and consistency.
Sign says drive-thru open 24 hours. They are not. Employees close the store for cleaning 2 hours or more every night.

Actually, I was a little disappointed this time. Usually I am very satisfied with this McDonald's on Cumberland St. Especially that I live all the way pass County Fair Mall, where I can choose to go to closer McD's.LolAnyway I ordered my usual, which is a strawberry milkshake, when I got home I noticed that it tasted a bit different, I opened it to likes and it looked like a vanilla milkshake, but the more iI stirred it I can see that there is pick color coming through the white. So I kept mixing it to find that out still tasted like a vanilla with a faint taste of strawberry. But every other time I have been very happy which is why I travel to this one.
Worst and disgusting service that i have ever experienced in my whole life.... especially drive thru service is utter waste.... poor management skills.....
Offering excellent customer service skills with fast food and friendly staff! Always greeted when I enter and was recently told about the new rewards points program! Great if you’re a regular for coffees!
Fries were less soggy than last time so that's great. A bit drunk so this may not even be a real review.
Management needs to figure it out. Don’t think I’ve ever been there and got what I ordered. Went today and waited a ridiculously long time for a coffee and sandwich. All while people in the drive thru and people who came in after me were served. Eventually got my money back and left because I had to be back at work. No lunch for me today I guess.
Ordered nugs, large fry, sweet and sour sauce and a medium pop. Received nugs, medium fry (cold) no sauce and a pop. Didn't notice until I got home. Not worth going back to get it right.
