They forgot the popcorn chicken in my order (in both boxes) . And after I called them the guy who handled my complain resolved it quickly and apologized.I recommend this branch,I order here at least twice a week and the chicken and fries were always fresh.
if the take out bag rips, spilling food all over the floor of vehicle at take out window. don't tell customers that it is their problem, deal with it.

First of all there was a crime scene right next door to the drive thru. Very sad. The service was, at first great. The gentleman who took the order was professional and courteous. He was also the one who completed the order. Then it went downhill. I stated at the time of ordering that I wanted two separate bills. He forgot at the window. The two orders came with three drinks in total. Only received one. He wanted to charge me for the order behind me. Yet he just took my money. He waited to give me my order even though he had just seen it put in the trays they hand out to the customers. Disappointing. Normally the service is far better. Will avoid it for awhile. Prayers for the person or persons who knew the victim at the crime scene.

You keep wasting condiments I constantly say no to all yet you throw a handful in the bag!!Haven't been for awhile today again condiments..no non at all. Get home what is in the bag. Handful again! Ordered ahead online prepaid pickup. Sat in the parking lot while the other person grabbed the order from inside. Cars that came to the drive thru got past faster.
