Its been awhile since last time there. Chicken and fries still good still miss the old coleslaw it was much better.
This whole system for pre paying for ordering was horrible. called the store to order, they said "i dont take orders call the 1866 number. Order and verified but email came back and said pick up. Called within mins to have it delivered, Store said call the 1866 number, called and waiting 7 mins to get someone, lady was short and rude and told me to cancel and reorder?? She could not cancel i have to call the store to cancel. called the store and the person was even worse. told me he will not send notification of the cancelled order i have to call the 1866 number.by this time i just want to eat or have a verification that my money was going back on my card. Called and the person i got could not talk english very well, he was saying he cannot cancel the order but was sending a cancellation. so i had to speak word by word to make sure i could understand the person on the other end. he said i have to go to the store, so again back to the store. this was the worst experience i have had trying to order a meal.
Purely take out ; the food was delicious , the man delivered every thing on time was polite and curious

I ordered 5 hot wings from this place with some other items. Their wings smelled rotten. When I took it up to the counter the intern in the counter agreed and called her manager to confirm. The manager Manpreet came up to me and said there is nothing wrong with the wings and they smell “normal”. Rather than acknowledging the fact that their wings were rotten he was insisting that they were fine. And when I told him that your employees are saying the same thing that the wings are smelling rotten, he turned to trainee who agreed with me and tried to intimidate her in a style that she couldn’t say anything then. The KFC is managed very poorly. The washrooms are in the worst condition and the food is bad. Please avoid coming here.
Problem understanding the staff, it will improve i am sure. Long wait for service.
Order online pre pay to be able to pick food up for time provided by kfc they didn’t start making my order until I asked for it at pick up time … what’s the point of ordering online ?
normally love KFC, but today I got a zinger sandwhich and was given clearly old chicken, very chewy after biting into it. Disappointed.
