Worst Customer service. I ordered a pizza online and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes after I went there and they told me it would take another 15 minutes. I came back after 20 minutes and they said another 10 minutes. The lady at the till was not very nice, I think she is the owner of the place. Instead of being nice and saying “sorry for the wait” she told me that “it took time because YOUR pizza had to be welldone” in a very rude way. She was yelling at the staff and it was not the best customer service.
I go to Gino's every couple weeks or so. I've never had any issue. While I wait for my pizza I chat with the owners that are often working behind the counter. Great hard working people. The pizza is always very good.
Good pizza, Great value, Decent customer service, could use face lift
Really good, u can have walkin deals if u went to the store pick up the order. Tried a large vegetable pizza for the first time with spinach, mushroom and pineapple toppings it was good
I not who made the pizza lots air ¡bubble on pizza evening the topping s. 5 toppings. We're very sparse. ... I. Not gonna order gino s any more ...than iv been a gino s .. Loyal customer but after this I will explore other options when getting pizza.
I ordered around 100$ of food from this establishment. Awful service, not arrived on time, called and told that the ONLY driver they had went out of town? Had to pick it up ourselves and when we picked up our order it wasn't ready on time and the service was awful. If I could rate this pizza place 0 stars I would. Pick up your feet Gino's.
I’ve always liked Gino’s in Thunder Bay, and even though we don’t order all that often it has always been excellent! Cooked perfectly with appropriately generous toppings. Tonight, I added a cauliflower crust pizza that I had no expectations of, but wanted to try for the low carb/keto friendly aspects. In a word, this crust was “spectacular”. I actually called afterwards to confirm it actually was cauliflower as it was mostly indistinguishable from a regular flour crust! After a quick and pleasant conversation with a gentleman working there, I was convinced it was cauliflower crust - just 200% better than I could have imagined. If you’re looking to try an unbelievably great pizza that’s keto/diabetic/low carb friendly- this is the only one I would ever recommend. Lots of info online if you’re looking to verify nutritional information too!
Got awesome pizza here today, dude working here on sunday morning absolutely killed it
Went in for slice a pizza ? and she looked at me like I was stupid. “WE DONT SELL PIZZA BY THE SLICE FOE DINNER”. Okay well won’t be going back that’s for sure
“I put them in the oven four times, if I put them in any longer they would burn” Says the owner of this store. As you can see, they are COMPLETELY undercooked.“I had a guy who came in and tested our food and they said it was fine”, which is super relevant to the situation we are dealing with as these are clearly the wings he tested. I was wondering who the guy the owner mentions so I can ask him how dealing with salmonella was. This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting.“It is just the veins, our veins are bigger than usual wing veins”, is the defensive line she uses as she argues that they are not harmful, we are clearly just delusional. Please take a look at this photo attached before purchasing from this restaurant, may have a key factor in if you are willing to pay for raw chicken or not. Also take into consideration that they are not willing to help the situation but instead just throw it in your face that you are wrong.Oh and by the way, the people in the restaurant making your food aren’t wearing masks whilst making your food. Great management. #COVIDSafe
