Waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes for cold whopper which was not even close to how I ordered it. Burgers were so sloppy put together totally disappointed
Horrible experience. Bad food. Took forever to get it. Had more than enough staff. Not organized. Will never return. Hadn't been there in 6 years. With that service. I wouldn't recommend this in any circumstance. Owners must change everything
My Dave's burger was soggy and cold. Same thing with my fries. It's put me off burger king in thunder Bay. Period. I was a very unhappy customer and they took so long to get my meal to me. They forgot one of my order and I had to go back to get it. Worst part was we were only 2 cars so I couldn't understand why it was taking forever for everything. Sigh.

The service was terrible and we waited a 1/2 hour at the order microphone. They never apologized for the wait. It was very disappointing and frustrating!! Please train your staff better!
Whopper was ok. Seemed cold I wonder if they make them ahead of time.Poutine was extremely salty! To the point I could not finish it. Ease up on the salt please.
Whopper was good as always. Fries were very very very old and stale. Probably the worst fries I've ever had. Line was fast and service was good. But them fries definitely needed to be tossed...
Can't read! Asked for no tomatoes on one burger and no onions on the other. Everything was wrong but on paper was correct.Then you call and they hang up on you. Not worth your time or money
There are no people who work well. They stand there motionless. Even if ready for something, they do not even have the mindset to take it. They do not give any impression to the customers. The minimum is to hire a few well-worked persons and a good manger. Seeing the attitude of each of the people who work there makes us feel as if they are making fun of us. It is a very bad attitude to face from everyone. Why hire people there who are not interested in working. There are a few uneducated employees who do not even know what to eat and do not even know how to behave well.
Went thru the D/T on "Whopper Wednesday". My fries were so stale/hard and old that they tasted like wood chips. My whopper was "Cold" and had big hunks of lettuce cores on it. The bun was not toasted and tasted old. Girl in D/T forget to hand me my drink until I asked her for it then proceeded to spill the drink as she handed it to me. Overall a very poor experience.
