Boston Pizza is always a win at every location I've been to including this one. I did notice that this one has a wide variety of things on the menu. Don't know if it's the first time I'm noticing or if it's in every menu on Boston pizza but I'll definitely be back here. Our waitress was fantastic as well!
Meals were good. Just not a pizza fan but hubby is. The good part is that I can usually find something non-pizza here so it's a better option than some.
Great place, Manager made us a fish bowl drink and it's perfect. Recommend .
Jambalaya was not from scratch chicken was processed bought already cut up in bag same as sausage shrimp where rubbery there was nothing authentic about this dish
Hostess looked bored. Looked like she would rather count snot boogers on the ceiling. Waiter was okay food was satisfactory
The SERVICE I give a 5 !!! Our waitress was soo good! Her name was Lacey she brought extra drinks with out even being asked and made smart ordering suggestions! Was super knowledgable about the menu and specials ! But the food was sub par... The chicken on the nachos was just lukewarm and soaked in Frank's Red hot and the cheese was barely melted and some veggies were barely warmed up. The food I would give a 2. The service a 5.
It was good to dine in again. The pizza was delicious as ever and the staff was pleasant as ever. It will always be my first choice for pizza in Thunder Bay
Why is there hot spices on the French fries and chicken fingers. Bothe myself and my daughter through out the fries . Some people can’t eat anything spicy.
Unbelievably poor customer service. I called to place a delivery order and the lady who answered the phone bellows out to 1 of her Staff while I am on the phone to take care of that customer. Halfway thru placing my order she again bellows at this same Staff member to take that customers order while I am in mid order. Then after I order she says "You've ordered from us before" to which I reply "No". Then she says "Oh your voice sounds familiar". Then she tells me my order will be 45 minutes and then hangs up the phone on me. Overall not very good customer service. Quite disappointing.
Me and my younger brother were kicked out after his vaccination pass QR code wouldn't scan, and he didn't have ID. What minor carrys ID let alone has any. When we returned with his vaccination code and his ID we were both double checked that our ID matched our passes. The woman at the front was incompetent the first try to get in and rude and power tripping when we returned. (If we weren't meeting family there we wouldn't have come back). We will not be returning any more.
