Great staff, and hot food.
The quality was decent, but the price $8.46 (after taxes) for a single papa burger which is only 2 patties and no combo, I was hoping to get abit more of a 'kick' to it.
It's a really good place for a quick grab
Drive through is reasonably quick the past couple times I've been here. Food wise though. Store takes no pride in what they serve out. White lettuce/hard tomatoes/cold gravy / very cold fries. By the time you get home and notice its just too late. I called and complained about the fries and the guy told me it was because I had to drive. (I've got heated seats which always keeps my food warm lol) can't be bothered here anymore. For the cost I can go to any burger place in town and get a GOOD burger.
Food was great, but service could use some polish.
Communicative staff as debit/credit machine went down.
Cold burger again ! is it that hard to reheat the meat properly ?cheese doesn't even melt, not even a little bit, every time I crave/order a teen burger I am met with disappointment of cold food that should be at least warm. this happens all the time and i was the only one in line and not busy so dont give me that excuse please. please fix this ! thunder bay A&W's. all of em so its likely your process or lack of ?:(thanks for hearing me out.
Always been a fan and prefer over a few other fast-food places the few times I go.
Got breakfast a little unhealthy but good service.
Staff is great - friendly and efficient. Food and service wonderful and consistent.
