Not pleased with this place. They burnt our English muffins and forgot to put in the sausage and egg in our sandwiches. How the heck do you do that. I paid for a breakfast sandwich and only got the bread. Ridiculous. Never go there again.
Not a clean place! This location needs attention from someone high up at Tim Horton’s head office!
Crispy chicken cravable was still frozen after having to wait 15 mins to be served. Clearly understaffed and disorganized as they were taking orders faster then serving causing mass confusion on who's food is who's. Not only that but was causing a big build up of people in the store. Highly not recommending this location.
I was rather disappointed with the service here. The communication between staff was nonexistent. I went in with a large order and because of the misinformation and miscommunication, I wasn't able to order any of the chicken wraps that was needed. Everyone in my group had to change their orders because the staff here weren't able to communicate what was going on.
Staff is usually on point here, it seems like they've figured out their staffing issues. Now people know what they are doing.But there is always tons of garbage in the store. It's the closest Tim's to my house and I always stop there to grab a coffee before my walk with my son, so I observe this trash every single day.It's gross..Trash smells. Trash cans are always overflowed with garbage.
Barely adequate. If not for the other cashier i would have ended up with a parrot and a llama. My cashier was totally new without a badge and really should have had someone mentoring him. Passable.
The service was not great. I have ordered baked goods that were already on the display. They gave me half of my order and then served three or four people that were after me in line. I had to ask twice to the same person get the rest of my order.

I ordered food via the Tim's app ahead of time. The staff had attended to orders before my arrival. Waiting for my food, I noticed the staff talking amongst themselves as I was waiting for my order to be completed. I did order 6 assorted bagels, and wait for nearly ten minutes for them to pack bagels in a bag, get my cream cheese and leave. Also, there were grains of bread in my cream cheese. Being fast doesn't always win points with customer service. Care to orders do. The staff needs to truly re-evaluate their customer service strateg, for it truly lacked on my visit.
Order a bagel and a coffee.Coffee is ready in no time I wait 20mins for the bagel only to be told they ran out of the bagel I ordered even though there were some when I placed my order.The explanation I got was they used them for the Uber orders even when the Uber orders were placed after mine!My coffee was super cold I ended up with no breakfast and late for my appointment. It was unprofessional and unfair! I will never go there again
