you get more than you expect from the Average Subway. They filled my Sub really good with a lot of stuff. good service 2 times in a row.
Literally just got a sub from here. Lady added the wrong sauces and I had to ask like 3 times for more than 1 slice of a pickle on my sub.Avoid this place. It's the super cheap Subway you'll find in the states. Go to any other Sub store.
This is my first time going to this location from the second that I got to the counter I was greeted by a crusty old lady who had been very rude the second I said hi. She was mumbling on as we were getting our subs and she I guess ran out of lettuce and said that she didn’t have any until 10 PM even though she had put a sprinkle on one of them and ran out for mine so I asked her if she could go to the back and grab some more she then complained and said that that’s the only lettuce she has for the end of the day and very rudely said that it was pretty much an inconvenience for her. Please never go to this store ever. Worst experience and a horrible worker complaining about me asking for extra sauce telling me she was gonna charge extra…. I’ve never had this happen to me before. Disgusting
need to work on their customer service , lady is really rude . there debit has issues yelling at me for that. also yelling at other customers . really need to train her better . looks like other reviews are the same .
did this store change owners? never had any issues before but have ordered twice now through uber eats and food is cold. Very concerned about the quality of the food here.
Complaints goes to the old lady in the store. The lady is extremely ridicriously rude with no reason I can think of. My wife ordered 2 exact same subway online. When I went there to pick up, the old lady told me that only one order has instructions and other order doesn't. She even showed me the receipt. I got that, and called back my wife to double check the orders. Once confirmed, I told the lady "it is ok, just make the other one now please". However, she keeps complaining to me that I should make the order right and after arguing about 2-3 min, she starts to pepare the subs finally. OK IT IS NOT OVER YET. Once the sub is done, she twisted and squash the subway hard and passed to me. I was not paying attention cause I want to leave asap. Once I get back to car, I felt not right and opened the subway and found that the bread is like french stick! Hard and compressed together with the veges inside. So I immediately went back to store and ask for change. And suprisingly to me, the same old lady did the change. Please think twice when you consider this store. To the store manager: Please think twice to send the old lady home, otherwise it will damage the business. ?the old lady is ur mom? Ok, nvm. good luck.

I went to subway on last saturday morning the services was really good and the staff was very friendly.
I read the reviews and I realized all one star rates are for Mehri, the old lady working here . my point of view is the same.I went there to grab 3 sandwiches using 2 coupons . she told me that one person can not use 2 coupons at the same time very rudely. I mentioned to her that other branches do that , then she said no I can't do that. I asked my wife to get out of the car and come with my 2 kids to be able to use the coupons.I tried this on other branches, none of the m told me such a thing . so I decided to try it again at this location.the same thing happened , she asked me the same thing , i told her other branches give me up to 10 sandwiches with not showing me any attitude. she said " we cannot do that, we have camera here and if my manager sees me I will get fired" . I asked her to show me such a rule on the coupons, there is not such a thing mentioned on the coupons , she said "this is our store rule" , i asked her to call her manager, i want to speak to him. then she said "ok , only this time i will give you the sandwiches "the way that she talks, the way that she acts , is completely unprofessional. it's very bad for business that she is their exposure.I've seen other people in the store arguing with her too. when she is by herself and the store is a little bit busy , she gets worse.not recommended at all.
Bad service, the lady taking the order was tough and keep asking the same questions and noticed her talking tough to costumer on the phone as well I believe her name is Mahri
