This place does not know how to make a flat white. A flat white does not have different sizes. It should be double shot of espresso and less microfoam making it a smaller size in volume than the grande if I were to pay for a grande price. I got an actual grande size with lots of milk and diluted espresso.
What happened to this location? Harry no longer the manager and the place falls apart. Was there Sunday morning, the new manager, a new trainee and longtime worker the only staff with a lineup of customers. The longtime girl was told to wash the floors. The manager talking rude to the trainee. Took about 7 minutes to get my order. During my wait, I think every order was wrong. Head office needs to wake up and address what's going on unless they game plan is to close down this location. A real shame. The team previous were fantastic, friendly, efficient. Really sad.

Amazing customer service and drinks done by Alyssa!! My girlfriend and I are regular customers at this location and she always greets us by our names which is nice and makes our drinks fantastically! Love this place so much, all other staff super friendly too.
Excellent drink and amazing customer service! Each employee asked how my day was. Cashier even wished me a good hike as I was leaving!
