All Starbucks taste the same. The service is fast and employees are courteous. Thank you for the experience
Ordered espresso &small coffee. They forgot our ordr.. We wanted to cancel and go elsewhere. They said we would have to wait in the lineup to do that. This is the first Starbucks I've been to where the staff are not friendly.
I asked for refill but refused telling me that my coffee is not eligible for refill. Felt humiliated as if I am asking for something wrong or any favour.Answer from Starbucks customer service“To answer your question directly, yes, the Chocolate Cream Cold Brew is eligible for a refill.”
Jennifer, unfortunately you clearly do not know what The Hospitality Industry entails. Get another job if you think a valued customer wants to hear “ that’s not my problem” when YOUR TEAM CLEARLY DID NOT GIVE THE ENTIRE ORDER TO A REALLY UNHELPFUL UBER DRIVER!! SMH! A kind member of my team came to your site after the mess we experienced trying to get the Uber driver to return with NO LUCK!! Will never return to this Starbucks myself as I live close by! ⛔️WARNING TO ALL ⛔️THIS IS CLEARLY NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN LOCATION !! I’d rather go to the Wonderland or Keele location ANY DAY!! Corporate- please retrain this particular locations staff (Especially Jennifer) as they need a lesson in the basics and core ideals of what Customer Service means!
Went in today to get drinks for me and my friends and heard a worker (I think her name tag said ‘Carol’) yelling at her coworker in the back room. Made us and other customers visibly uncomfortable and was glad to get out the door.
Quiet location with great staff. Have my favorite coffee drink here, their Nitro Cold Brew

This is a very busy Starbucks and the staff are nice and professional.
Angela is an exceptional staff, was patient and helpful in assisting me on my online account discrepancy while also trying to service a long line of other customers.
The employees were polite. I asked for a coffee and oatmeal, instead I got a coffee with oat milk! However, they fixed the order with the right attitude. Then I got my oatmeal with dried fruits and nuts. I put the fruits and nuts in my oatmeal and as i began to eat, the bad taste of rancid nuts filled my mouth. The oatmeal was replaced as well and the barista was sweet to offer other packages of nuts. I opened another one to realize that one is not any better. It seems their packaged nuts in the store have all gone rancid. The washroom was not clean at all. Not the greatest experience.
