We were at Santos on Friday July 22 to celebrate my husband 's birthday. We were at Santos many years ago ,but this time the food ,service and food portions were exceptional .Our waitress from Croatia cannot remember her name I believed is Angelica was fabulous .My family ordered appetizers ,calamari and bruschetta and it was delicious .Our main course was veal Parmigiana and it was the best veal Parmigiana we ever tasted . My husband was served a birthday ice cream which he enjoyed very much ,thank you.My husband and I are planning to come back when the Jazz Trio are there .It is Tuesday or Wedbesday night ?The waitress told us Wednesday but your ad says Tuesday night. Can you clarify which night has the live music?Thank you for the beautiful evening with my family.

I ordered a take out meal for 6 people and the food was fantastic!! We all raved over it! Order was on time and the staff were friendly. I'm definitely coming back to this gem of a restaurant.

Very disappointing. The bill was $900. The food was good but the service was horrible. We waited 1 hr after appetizers to order main meal. We needed to ask the waiter twice, to order food. This restaurant was much better before.

I had a surprise dinner date with hubby last night because he requested spaghettini alfrado with shrimp for dinner and I just didn’t feel like cooking, so I did my research for Italian restaurants and found Sandro’s in Thornhill before he came home from work. Sandro’s was amazing! I was able to order and pay ahead so hubby wouldn’t control my spontaneous gesture. They had our table laid out and ready for our arrival perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy with padded and pillowed booth seats. Other patrons were mostly senior but given the demographic location that was expected. It was a Wednesday evening and apparently I choose the best day as they had a live band (which we ❤️) that was phenomenal. Turns out the owner is a musician and held tune on drums wow! The portion size satisfied my 6 ft 4” 300 lb husband with 1 dish after a long day of construction. The presentation was great along with their prices. The servers and band were so fun and engaged in keeping their patrons happy. Will definitely return on a Wednesday of course. Highly recommended.??

Have been going to Santo’s many years…since it opened approximately 40 years ago. Food is good quality and inviting atmosphere snd service.

Went here for New Year’s Eve actually, first time. Much older crowd. Service was a bit frantic but I guess they were short staffed. Highlight was the traditional bruschetta for sure. Everything else was fine. Took a while for our food. Wine list was mediocre considering this is an Italian restaurant - had higher expectations, especially for NYE. Also I thought they could’ve done something extra for NYE just to make it special…but I guess not. Anyways, glad I went. I was always wondering what this place was like but it’s not really my scene and the food wasn’t good enough to return. I’ve had better eggplant Parmesan at a certain close by Italian restaurant which shall remain nameless and my date’s meal was also only okay. (Sorry can’t remember what he ordered now.) The portions were quite intense but when the quality is only so-so it seems over the top. But the bruschetta!! Something to consider…

First time at this restaurant. Had tomato soup and Veal Parmigiano. Nice dining setting. Took a while to receive food but you can tell all freshly made and tasted very good.

I was there with some friends last December 21st 2021 and we all loved the food so much that we are planning to go back for dinner again, the service outstanding, Jim our server very nice and polite, excellent choice for dinning

Great food and service.

Food was fantastic with big portions. Had enough left over for lunch the next day.
