I decided to go to Revitasize today to get some breakfast. As soon as I entered, there was an employe (I believe who's name began with a T) that completed shifted me mood. I went from having a mediocre day to smiling on the way out. I believe it is crucial to have a great spirit while working, making customers happy which, this employe did a great job doing! Great customer service, I will definitely be coming here more often in the future.
Horrible customer service and products. I ordered a smoothie here and the first sip I took was filled with plastic. I complained to the guy and he said they keep their ingredients in plastic bags and that it must’ve blended with the fruit. Ok so what? Why am I ingesting plastic SIP AFTER SIP. I contacted customer service her name is Raquel, she answered me saying she can’t do anything about it and then I have never heard back from her again. Do not go to this place if you are looking for quality products and customer service.
This location is the closest to me but I prefer to go to other locations due to poor customer service

I ordered this one day cleanse package (5 juices, 1 water and a booster) for $70 yesterday vis Uber eats. I wasn’t allowed to choose which juices to get but I thought it might be ok since I have been drinking their juice for the past year and they are generally fresh. But when I tried their juice yesterday, 2 out 5 of the juices were definitely wayyy expired. It tastes like mold was growing in there and it was absolutely disgusting to me that they have become so unprofessional! I am currently pregnant and it made me puke right away. I get that owning business is hard during the Pandemic but you can’t just give your clients molded juices!!! Horrible experience!

I ordered 4 muffins, they were completely raw and had this awful spoiled smell and taste to it. I’ve ordered them before so I know what they should taste like. I spent $45 as I ordered two coffees and the new avocado toast that was honestly a sad attempt at an avocado toast. I wrote an email as I was very disappointed in the quality we received and nothing was eaten just thrown away. The muffins were obviously spoiled and should not have been served. Very upset they did not respond to the email either. Will not be returning.
Can’t believe I haven’t tried this place until now. Really fresh & great quality. I already consider myself a regular after my first order. A great pick me up when being stuck inside for most of the day. Thank you !
