DO NOT RECOMMEND - I will be very clear that I don't like writing bad reviews as I am all about supporting businesses in my beloved city, but today's encounter made me angry. I was ordering a bbt this afternoon (June 12, 2022), the female cashier (looks to be in her late 20s or early 30s) who is Asian was EXTREMELY rude and exhibited condescending behaviour towards me.Normally, you ask the customer if they want cold or hot, then the sugar/ice level if appropriate. She not only put in my order without asking me these highly relevant questions, but accused of me of not being clear after I requested for a change. In addition, when I complained about this, she had the audacity to accuse me of having low class, LOL. You kidding me right? I highly recommend you help this person improve her behaviour or risk losing more customers.Horrible customer experience, never coming here again. Please go support another business who actually knows about proper business practices.
Sweet taste and beautiful packaging
I used to come here all the time for the mango slush but it's been slowly going downhill in quality. Today it tasted mostly just like water with mango chunks. Really disappointed. The prestotea on main Street unionville is so much better in quality.
Drinks are good but customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I got a drink and accidentally dropped it and the cup cracked and spilled everywhere.I went back to ask for a new one since that’s what anyone would do but the older lady kept refusing and said that it was my fault that I dropped it so if I wanted a new one, I would have to pay again. Or the best she could offer was to charge me the drink half off. What a joke. She kept bargaining and offering that she would charge me less than normal pricing. I understand she isn’t at fault but as a paying customer and someone who goes often, I’m just surprised at the lack of customer service and how she kept pointing the finger at me over something out of my control.I don’t want to sound like I’m privileged but I feel like everywhere else would understand and just replace ONE drink. So stupid and honestly unbelievable.
Sign clearly says golden tea special for $3.50. When I went up to order, the person said that they don't have any. I ask that you don't have any left or don't sell it at all, as my family like to but it a lot in the past. It took me several times for them to clarify they don't sell it anymore. Another customer after ordered the same and got into the exact same conversation. If you don't sell it anymore than why don't you just take the sign down for golden tea. On top of that, they said that because you are getting the special, we don't allow you to pay by Visa only debit. A very frustrating experience. Maybe they changed owner but the service and quality is not what it used to be. Would not recommend.
Did not like the matcha smoothie, had a weird aftertaste. Brown sugar milk tea was average. Probably won't buy from here again because it's a bit expensive
I really wish they had a maybe in terms of whether you’d recommend this place. While I find the items I’ve tried to be very good, I find it very expensive. I also strongly wish they had a smaller size you could get. The regular size is quite filling, enough for a meal on its own and far too big for a younger child. Also, I found out today that a gift card can only be activated and used with the use of a smartphone. Not everyone has phones and it’s not safe and secure as now anyone can just punch in my phone number to use the balance on my account. I think that needs to change as the way it’s currently set up makes using a gift card being inaccessible to everyone.

Always get a bubble tea when I'm in the neighbourhood. The drinks are good. The price is good. The staffs were not friendly but rude. They should payattention to this.
