Manager during the week at night took great care of me, making sure my food was fresh.
This is the worst Popeyes I’ve been…It’s not busy at all but the tables are not cleaned. There are still grease and crumbs on the table.Plus the chicken is very dry, and they say there’s only one spice level… which isn’t spicy at allI scroll through the review section and apparently there are a lot of customers have the SAME EXPERIENCE with me.Popeyes PLEASE EVALUATE YOUR STAFF AND STANDARDS.
Would've give 0 but lowest I can give is 1Chicken are very dry. Spicy chicken not spicy at all(they tell u that's the only spice level they hv). It's not worth the money, go other location
This location is horrible. They forget items, give horrible portions, etc... How is it possible to forget items when they are listed on a receipt? That goes to show the employees just don't care and I don't blame them.
My English is not good but it wasn't the first time that I wanted to order something. The cashier (he seems to be also the manager) behaved badly; for example, although he found out my English is not, he became angry about my two misunderstandings.
Somehow this branch of Popeyes is better than all the others. Also they have great daily specials, worth it.
3rd time in two months i bought a 4 pc platter and only got three pieces, choose a different restaurant
I had the new fish sandwich with my friend. As I expected they were dropping a fresh fish since not many people order it. I also ordered the Sunday special with fries and mac and cheese. My friend did not finish his sandwich since it was over cooked. I also went to get my drink field again but they were understaffed so I left with out getting my second drink . The manager was handling food while he accepted cash from someone and he did not wash his hand since he was the only person on the line.I worked at a Wendy's and I know the struggle with bossy managers . The staff were very kind and helpful. It is not the staff fault as they only follow what the manager tells them to do .Just wanted to say please hire more people so the food quality stays up.
Recently bought my first pre-workout at this location. Had the pleasant experience of being helped by Thomas. He guided me to trough the process with his knowledgeable insight (He also made some great flavour recommendations).
If your special is a leg and a thigh, either provide a leg and a thigh or ask your customer if it's okay to substitute a wing! Not only are the pieces of chicken 1/3 of the size that they used to be but, by providing a wing that nobody wants, your higher prices for less food just got more expensive.
