Customers are mandatory to wear a mask upon entering the restaurant but the staffs are not! When I went to pick up an online order, two of the staffs were not wearing a mask, and the third staff only has the mask covering his chin. I did not feel safe having the pizza and I emailed Pizzaville for a refund, but it was denied because there is no mandatory mask policy for the staffs and it is not a provincial requirement.
Ridiculously expensive! Used to love their potatoe pizza and haven't have them for years. Suddenly craved for one. Ordered a small one for myself and paid extra for an extra topping. All I got is missing bacons and almost nonexistent ground beef. Can't believe I paid $23 buck for a SMALL "VEGGIE" PIZZA with an hour wait. Never again......
Zero care put into customer service or quality of food. Pizza looks like it’s just thrown together, shows up room temperature, delivery guys are rude. Order from Pizza Nova on Greenlane instead, they’ve been a staple in the area for many years and are way more consistent.
This location used to be really good, the best even, ten years ago. Now the quality is inconsistent.Over the last few years, every other pizza comes out half burnt. I no longer order multiple toppings, as it would be a waste to pay more for burnt pizza.I live nearby, and I'm writing this review more for myself than the reader as a way to remind me to not come here as often.
Amazing customer service, I ordered a pizza over the phone but needed to cancel it at the last minute due to change of plans. The manager was very helpful.
