I ordered 3 pizzas take out. I trusted them so didn’t check the pizzas on the spot. Got home and saw one of them looked like this. How can they even put this pizza in a box to sell to customers ? I will never come back to this place. There are many pizza place out there.
People working in there are rude. Seeing them there’re not interesting from what there doing. Rude to home less guy I feel bad to the homeless person. They way they gave his food so bad.
I paid extra for another topping yet they managed to forget it. They also forgot to add the Chilli pepper and Italiano seasoning when I specifically asked for them. This is the 5th time they've done this to my order. They should really inform the workers to read the order carefully.
I’ve been waiting in the restaurant for long enough and asked about the status of my pizza twice. 8:50pm we orders our pizza, though the receipt says 8:13pm. Its now 9:30 and we still have no pizza. We have been told 3 times that it will only be 10 more minutes. They also tried to charge us for bacon bits, though they are an included topping. They’re handing out a few online orders, and people just seem to be hanging out in the back. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the pizza pizza franchise.
Worst place. Ordered online for pick up and they closed the store and told me go other stores and make new orders in person but charged me twice for the online orders on two different locations. Wasted an hour plus on one pizza. Never gonna order from Pizza Pizza again.
Ordered delivery, delivery guy Ali was so rude, that asking me to go out from building because of parking, but there is a lot of visitor parking. Besides before to give the pizza was asking me how would I like to pay and how much I going to pay tip for him. That's ridiculous. As a human we know to tip for service, but when the delivery guy (Ali) asking before to give the pizza TIP , that is like too poor service and unprofessional. I was surprised for that kind of service.
Terrible chicken wings.They usually come out right. But this time it felt like the chicken was fried in an old oil, making it very dark and sour. I wouldn’t recommend. I ate two pieces and threw out the rest. I called the pizzapizza phone but they offered $5 store credit or replacement of chicken wings( which would come out the same from the same frier( they wouldn’t have swapped the oil within an hour on Sunday evening)). So, pass on both of those offers.So unfortunate. This shop was once a week pizza place. Moving on to another place.
No one from the staff was wearing a mask and the place was filthy! Will never come back to this location
