Told the guy behind the counter I said to him look at these slices that you're selling it looked like they were cooked in 500 BC you should be embarrassed I think he got the point as I was eating another product I could see him throw the stuff in the garbage
I simply love the this location and staff is friendly too.... New management is helpful while assisting with new deals.
Very bad customer service. First of all staff need to learn to make the orders right. When i ordered my butter chicken pizza, there was no sauce in it at all. It was a completely dry pizza. When i went there and made a complaint he told me that he can only put more sauce on top and do nothing else. I was somehow fine with that as well. But then when the pizza arrived it was like the whole pizza dipped in the butter chicken gravy. The sauce was overflowing. I went back to him and he was like this is how you wanted it. ‘Extra sauce on top’ .I just left everything there and they did not even bother to apologize or anything. He was just adamant that this is how we asked for it. The name of that person was Sachin. It was really a pathetic experience. I’m sure i’m not having pizza pizza from anywhere anymore
horrible customer service. literally waited over 20 minutes for an order i placed over the phone and the representative on the phone took his time to actually place it in. the call was so short and the order should have been placed right away. there were no customers and yet they couldn’t make one pizza in a reasonable amount of time. the way they spoke was rude too. not coming back for sure
I was just here today to pick up a slice of pizza and was shocked by the customer service provided this store. The woman at the counter was VERY unkind, rude and annoying. I asked to not heat up the pizza and she didnt answer. Second time I asked she was looking at me its the policy that they should heat it up. She was very upset and unkind (dont know why lol). I said “I didnt know, i got the pizza with no heat up last time”. She said “none does that, you can sue the store if anyone does”. Then I paid in cash, put it on the counter (cause she wasnt wearing the gloves) and she gestured like go away lolololol.\\nEven the pizza was smaller than the other store.\\n\\nThe worst, the most terrible customer experience ever . Hi,I was shocked at the customer treatment there. I walked in as my daughter wanted a cheese pizza.i went in and saw that they had an offer for large 3 topping pizza. I ordered the same said one side cheese and other side chicken for my husband. Then said onions. She immediately asked - paying by cash. Before I could react again pay by cash twice more.\\nI said no paying by card , she just walked away. I paid and I then saw that it was higher than the offer I asked why she said chicken extra and I was confused I said offer said 3 topping pizza and I had only 3 topping . She said what do I get it is the computer - cheese, bacon and chicken is extra. I don't know what it is but the way it was communicated was as if why do you make me work by coming here N ordering. The rest was my wait to escape from there. Never again.
I had the worst service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The day before I was at the Raptor’s game, and they announced everyone at the game gets a free slice of pizza the next day. I showed up to this location with the QR code, a photo of me with the QR code on the jumbo-tron, a photo of me at the game, and the actual game tickets, yet the owner refused to give me a free slice. He embarrassed and humiliated me in front of the entire store. I called Pizza Pizza customer service, and they confirmed the store should have honoured their promotion. All I want really is an apology, which I was told the owner would call and provide. However after almost 2 weeks later, I haven’t received any call. Please do not support this location and get your pizza elsewhere.
Does any pizza pizza location really expect to get anything above 4 stars? No. You know you're walking away with a 2.7 to 2.8 each time. Pizza Pizza should be thankful for legalization let's be honest. If it's not pizza day in elementary school, is anyone ordering from here unless they're high?
Got the meat supreme slice. The pizza was fresh out of the oven which made it nice and piping hot. Taste itself was good. It's the general Pizza Pizza's pizza quality.Disappointingly, couple of tables were covered in crumbs. Can't blame the workers entirely; at the end of the day, this isn't your server/customer type of place. Sure the people that used the tables were inconsiderate, but management should take care of cleanliness in the dining area in such cases.
This is the worst pizza pizza store ever, personally I like pizza pizza but theses guys are so cheap. I’ve never get fresh slices from this place. Never go back again.
