3 orders in a row all wrong. Tonight ordered donair topping and instead they put donair sauce, no meat. When we called to replace it, waited another 30 minutes only to find out they don't have donair and never had it in the first place. We agree to substitute with bacon. So now over an hour passed and we did not get our order yet...
The most skimped and disgusting pizza. Bread is uncooked. Toppings are few. Cheese is barely covering the pizza. After the change of owners, this place just became bad.Recently we have been ordering pizza at another location. At Steele's Ave 800, the next closest location. Pizza is back to good. Just avoid this place like the plague. The pizza makes you sick.
be very careful with this pizzeria...always look at the receipt...I was there today and paid 20 dollars for my order! I got everything back, but because I noticed! I was charged $20 and then charged another $20 for my order! the school is nearby, and I think that they are doing their own thing! Always check your payments!
Pizza was cooked perfectly. Generous amount of cheese and pepperoni. Interior is redone. I can't complain. This is better than some other locations I've been to.
More management and staff should adopt this type of customer service. There was a mix up with my order where unfortunately someone else walked out with mine, this delayed things by about 15-20 mins. They apologized for the mistake which is not as common as you’d think today, but I appreciated that. Then as a gesture of good faith they offered to charge me only for my pizza and not my plant-based bites. I really appreciated that. Thanks to Raj and the other two guys, I didn’t get their names but they were all excellent in terms of how they handled that. 6 stars.A.W.O.L.
This is supposed to be a thin crust well done pizza. Even though the pizzas cheap it’s not worth a dollar. It is cooked so bad by the same girl that I don’t know why after months she’s been there they haven’t taught her how to cook pizza. It’s not rocket science pizza pizza you have like two competitors within a kilometre of you. I am done with Pizza Pizza and by the way they’re offering free coupons for good reviews which is sad
Not the best… but not the worst either. Cheap pizza that will fill you up. Only good thing going for pizza pizza is their garlic dipping.
This pizza pizza had worse service . Girl who working at night has attitude problem . But on Sunday night it was opposite the guy is very polite and has friendly nature .This girl need to know how to behave with their customers and also wearing big headphones and we call her 3 time but she didn’t listen. At all, we ordered pizza with creamy garlic base but we got regular pizza sauce.
Can't cook pizza for nothing. Asked for a thin large well done. Got the thickest mount of burnt dough possible. This place is trash. Out of 10 pizzas you order only 1 is done right. Too many good pizza places in the area. I would rather pay $5 more for something edible. Pizza Pizza is done. Pizza has become inedible and to make things worse, they can't even cook it properly.
I ordered pizza over phone with three toppings but they put toppings like they don’t have enough toppings available in the store. I request to store manager that we pay full price so please make pizza as we order. Thank you
