Wow unbelievable I had order twice from this location first day they arrived an hour later I placed my order . Order was delivered incomplete they forgot my drinks, well ok I accepted it. Next day I placed an order again but an hour and 20 minutes have passed and still is not being delivered. I called customer service they say will be there shortly after hour and 20 minutes waiting, I ask if is gonna be free she say no. Umm it's ok but for I will never order pizza nova again.
Everytime I come to this place I get greeted with a big smile and return a favour with a big order of pizzas ?

Ordered pizza online for pickup and went after thirty minutes, past their estimated time. It was clear they were unaware of the order and were very late and unapologetic. The cashier on service on May 22 at 5pm EST was unfriendly and rude. Overall, bad customer service, slow service and the food is unremarkable. You can find better experiences and food close by.

Today me and my son went to this Pizza Nova around 9:50pm.We always buy from here and today while we were about to order our food we see one of the employees cleaning the oven with a mop that he used to clean the floor.I was very upset to see this because I always ate here and I didint know that they were using a dirty mop to clean the oven where they bake our food.And the 2 other employees that were with them were just watching him and weren't doing anything about it.
Although I love Pizza Nova in general, but I like this location more than others. All staff is nice and friendly.
