2.5 stars.The staff here appear tired and no passion for the craft they are entrusted to do.This was my first visit to this location and the staff are NOT very friendly nor are they very detail oriented to the special requests and the craftsmanship of the pie.Not sure if I will return to this location as there is a certain fried fish shop no too far down the road that does take pride in their craft
Blown away by the lack of customer service. Appalled really. I’ve ordered delivery from this location before, no problem. I called today to place an order for delivery and the MANAGER tells me that he cannot deliver it as it doesn’t fall within the area they cover. I live 5 kms away from this location. I’m beyond disappointed that they wouldn’t accommodate. Not to mention that when I asked which Papa John’s location would deliver, he said this is the only location he knows of. In other words, if I want Papa John’s Pizza in Richmond hill, I have no option for delivery. I’d rather go to the location on Steeles that has more than 4 stars on Google, if this is how I’m going to be treated.

My first time here, great experience, good food, great price. Ready in 15 minutes. Friendly staff. I Definitely will be going back.
They don't even deserve 1 star. Was big fan of this brand in US - so was naturally excited when they opened in my neighborhood. Gave them 3 chances - always disappointed. 1st time they charged over $25 for a mere medium veggie and cud not provide any reasons why. 2nd time got a cold pizza after over an hr. 3rd time (Feb. 18, 2022) went to store to order - painful experience as they don't understand English. Told to come back after 10 min. Showed up after 10, waited another 10 before 1 of the 3 person handed me an already prepared pizza - cold off course. Then they were making fun of me in Punjabi - prolly not realizing that I am fluent in Punjabi. They definitely do not deserve the patronage of my neighborhood.
I do love epic stuffed crust, but I wish also available for XL size.(Only L size available right now) It was a little bit disappointed but taste is always good.
Ordered online and prepaid. Took 55 minutes to get here and was not even the correct order. It was cold and getting hard. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with them either. Pizza nova or dominos are the ones who do it right. Don't waste your time here
I made an custom made pizza4 toppings extra cheesePrice was fair the staff were nice and friendlyI didn’t like the pizza at all1.5 inch outer pizza has nothing on itTotal grill chicken was 2 pieces of half by half inches and mush rooms were 2 little pieces per sliceVery stingy and look like they want to save on material .The cheese was tasteless may be cheapest cheese they could find .And the packing box was green and black so depressing mix of colours.That was my last time .
Their pizza was consistently great. I also loved the garlic dipping sauce. The stuffed cheese crust was the BOMB, you should definitely try it if you haven’t try yet.
If you think about having a good pizza go somewhere else, dough is a paper thin even though original was selected. 2x Extra cheese which I ordered nowhere to be found. Tasted so bad that my girlfriend couldn’t even finish one slice. If I was not so tired after long day - would go back and returned it.
