Worst bubble tea that we have ever had. Definitely not coming back here again. Very overpriced as well. We will stick with Chat time because they have better customer service and their communication skills are consistent.I got a totally different drink than I asked for and it was way too sweet. Just being honest, guys!
I order hojicha milk tea, no sugar, less ice. The employee make it a whole cup of ice. I ask why it’s so much ice. She said 50% ice is like that. Full cup of ice is 50%. She tried to explain so many things. I wonder if I order no ice, what should she do. So disappointed. The first time is also the last time.
Drinks here are mid-price taste. Taro smoothie was nice.

Love this little hidden place. They have unique and delicious drink flavours, and the staff are so sweet and kind. Happy hour from 3-6pm is the best. They have SO much more than just bubble tea: gelato, froyo, ice cream, bingsu, smoothies, cheesecakes, silvana, and more! So lucky I live down the street from this location!!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!Ordered the purple drink (forgot the name) and immediately after drinking it, I got the horrible after taste of rotten milk. The taste stayed for a whole 1.5 day.They seriously need to stop using rotten milk in their drinks.If you are craving bubble tea I recommend you to avoid this place at all costs.There are many other places that sell bubble tea and are close as well.

Quality tea! I think my favourite drinks so far are the Jakemans Maple Milk Tea and the Mango Earl Grey Tea. They also have really good cute desserts!Good parking available. If you miss the Steeles entrance, you can enter the Hilda McDs plaza and then drive west around the back to reach the shop.They now have paper straws! First time I've seen this in a bubble tea shop. Plastic ones are still available if you prefer.
Love it here. Its located in a small, not so busy mall so its very quiet. They have bubble tea, fruit tea, and ade along with glutenfree icecreams. Just love their milk tea. They also have free taro milk tea promo going on !
