Amazing bubble tea, despite it being only one person the service was excellent and efficient, will visit again should I come by in the area! 5 stars for sure.

The tapioca was certainly a new experience for me. It wasn't so sweet like other places and was fresh. My order, Jasmine Green Milk Tea, was slightly underwhelming. I usually enjoy this flavour. I'm sure there are better options on the menu that I would enjoy though.
Went here at 2pm on weekdays and they ran out of normal tapioca already. I think they purposely don't make normal tapioca and make customer add $1 for their special tapioca. Sneaky sneaky. Probably not coming back, gonna stick with Markhams location or Scarborough.

I’ve always been a fan of Onezo but today it was a very disappointing experience. The tapioca I got was definitely not fresh as it had a mushy texture. I also feel like the milk used in the milk tea was spoiled because there was a certain sour taste in it which fresh milk tea shouldn’t have such taste. I had to throw out my milk tea after a couple of sips!!
Tapioca is fresh and made in store. There is a variety of different drinks with fruit options and tea options, tea is usually on the lighter end. Definitely a more premium bubble tea shop as the cost of the drinks are more on the higher end range. The store itself is quite clean
My favourite bubble tea spot in Richmond Hill, their wide variety of drinks are delicious, and their different tapioca flavours are amazing! I can't recommend this place enough.
