3.7 starsspicy pork meat and noodle soup is good combination. if meat is too spicy then sip, drink or slurp soup a bitmandoo(dumpling) is beautiful.

Food: good, more options than the other branch, but typical and normal. Don’t think the dumpling is surprisingly good, not bad but normal.Service: busy but friendly, normal service, doesn’t come oftenEnvironment: good, clean and easy to parkPrice: slightly below average, cheaper than other Korean restaurants

The bossam set comes with a small bowl of kalguksu noodles and a small portion of steamed pork belly with lettuce - a great way to try both items in a smaller portion. It’s simple yet delicious. The steamed dumplings are huge and good too. Would go back again whenever I want something simple and not too heavy.

delicious food!! the kong guksu was super creamy and refreshing, and the noodles had a fantastic chewy texture. the kimchi was full of flavor and unlimited too !! :-) the staff were kind and the atmosphere was quite chill. i would go again ☺️

The tastes of the dishes are one thing, but the service of the staffs are on top. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, we were constantly impressed.I really liked their teokboki!

Myeongdong Gyoza Kalguksu: do you think the name's a mouthful? Wait till you see their huge dumplings which piqued my interest in this authentic Korean restaurant. As you might guess, Myeongdong specializes in two things: 1) handmade Gyoza / dumplings, and 2) Kalguksu, a form of Korean noodle soup. Our tray of 6 king-sized Gyoza arrived atop a large metal steamer. Each thinly wrapped the pork filing & a variety of vegetables including chives. I tried with the soy vinegar sauce to add flavour balance. But we weren't fans of the dumpling taste after stuffing mouthfuls of meat & veggies. The accompanying kimchi didn't add much to our meal experience. We also ordered their Jaeyuk Set, which included a bowl of Kalguksu and a hotplate of stir fried spicy pork. The opaque white broth in the Kalguksu tasted clean & flavourful, from hours of cooking down the beef bone soup. It was a highlight of the meal. As for the stir fried spicy pork, it was overly salty and could really use the purple rice to tone down the dish.Funny that upon arriving for gyoza, my wife instantly recalled that we almost dined here before. She had convinced me to go elsewhere the first time, and it turned out to be passable this time despite the comfortably packed dining environment. Unfortunately the gyoza seems to be an acquired taste for us.

This place is the best Korean noodle soup (Kalguksu) restaurants in Toronto. Kalguksu noodles are incomparable to other restaurants. The broth also tastes deep. Every ingredient is fresh and the service is on point. The dumplings especially tasted so good. Full of juicy ground meat and lots of vegetables mixed!Their kimchee is excellent - looks spicy but it's not that hot at all.The owner and staff are very kind and helpful, made great suggestions. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is very similar to Jin Myungdong Korean noodle on Hwy 7 and Commerce Valley, it offers similar menu items at reasonable price and good quality. I like it’s jumbo dumplings and the Bulgogi Jungsik. Quality and portion are good. The restaurant is quite modern, tables are separated by dividers and they aren’t too close to each other. High recommended!

Quite possibly one of the best, if not the best, Korean noodle restaurant in the GTA! Been here twice for lunch and I've always had the best meal. Quick and courteous service, and their gyoza/mandu is super delicious. Don't miss out on trying out their kimchi as their side dish either! It is just as good as the rest of their main menu items.

Always good food and nice servers. The place has authentic Korean kalguksu as well.
