Their food tastes really great. But I have not been ordering from here for many months now because of a bad experience after a curbside pickup.Customer (called after coming home with food): “Hi. You got me a wrong dish. I ordered A but you got me B.”Staff: “No, you ordered B.”Customer: “I have been always ordering A and I did order A”Staff: “I never made a mistake with getting an order. You are wrong. You ordered B.”Customer: “?? I ordered a wrong dish?”Staff: “ Look, we both had miscommunication. You have a credit for dish A next time you order, ok?”Costumer: “(What kind of customer service is this? )….”I probably went back if he just admitted his mistake and said one word “sorry” as we all make a mistake.
I visited this place like an hour ago and the cashier guy was so rude. We entered the store and the guy with a ridiculous tone told us food isn’t halal here. Like all he has to do was to take my order, I don’t recall asking him if the food was halal or not. If I was interested in knowing that I would have definitely asked him! I’m also surprised that the shawarma I ordered had only a few pieces of beef. I was eating vegetables for the last 1/3 of my sandwich. Very disappointed, would never ever come back!
If you like Mediterranean food you MUST try their food Everything here is amazing, I tried Falafel platter and shish kebab for the second time and every time they were great? Unfortunately each time I called in to order for takeout they were sold out of shawarma. Babaganosh is out of this world too. I will go back soon to try more menu items! ?Update:I went back today to try Shawarma and also ordered French fries, it was so good and filling, I loved those crunchy pieces of chicken from the top layer of the shawarma. So delicious ? now I can call myself their regular cause I order at least ones a week and each time I feel amazed from their quality and the taste!! ?? I should mention that their customer service is great, they are so sweet and polite ?
Food was very tasty and portion-size generous. Was not pleased to see all three staff in the food preparation area eating while we were enjoying our meals. They were feeding themselves with their bare or gloved hands in full view of everyone in the dining room. Yes, staff should eat; let them sit and enjoy their meal at a table, not standing over the food preparation area.
Delicious Israeli/Mediterranean food, Always Fresh, Friendly suff. Slices of Turkey Shawarma on the spit carved and straight into a fresh Pita pocket or large Iraqi style pita (Laffa). BBQ meat and chicken, Great Falafel and salad bar.
Recently called to order their chicken shawarma and was told to call earlier next time as they always run out around 6pm (3 hours before closing). I questioned why they don't prepare additional food if they know they always run out early. The response was that I was asked what my name was. The food quality is good, however the customer service is substandard. Some restaurants can get both right, however this place couldn't care less as long as the orders keep coming in (but no longer from my family).
Shawarma pita is very good and the pita bread is soft.Noramlly they put a lot of meat and vegetables, this time they put less vegetables.
I found this spot about 2 months ago when I was just exploring the area, I got very curious when I noticed there were a lot of old folk in this restaurant, and I’m glad I visited. The food is really good!

Great quality restaurant with friendly service! We ordered the falafel on hummus, schnitzel plate and the dark chicken wrap (not pictured) and they were all amazing!! The dark meat chicken was so juicy and tender mixed with the variety of toppings.
