Directing this to the owner... One of your staff dropped the ice cream scooper on the floor, then picked it up like nothing happened. He asked what id like and I responded with, your going to clean that, right?He then said I did, I rinsed it. Which was impossible considering I was standing right there. I guess he got confused. He then took the dirty utensil and rinsed it in the bowl with the other utensils. I asked him politely to use soap. It seemed like a big deal, so I asked just not to use those utensils. He then put them back in the rinse bowl and got new items. Anyhow. Pretty gross. You have children running your store and you should have someone there to better represent you. And the store is filthy. No one cleans it. Tables and floor are sticky and a mess.
Ice cream was really good but I think that average age of the employees there were around 18 so they were not cleaning the marble where they make the ice cream I remember before they clean the marble each time they make an Ice-cream on it well even though the age of the staff shouldn't effect the quality of the service but the slab where they mix the icecream was not cleaned at all I will go there again and will post pictures to prove my point.And as you can see from other reviews they complained regarding the cleaningness of the place so you should look in to this instead of defending your staff this for sure effect the brand value .

I took my friend to this place today, and we both enjoyed their service. The customer service was good, and the girl who named Tara was too nice and polite. I will come back again.
Extremely poor service. The staff need to be trained to offer a better customer service. Marble slab at one point used to measure the ice cream before mixing all the toppings. Which didn’t happen in this location.
Amazing ice cream. Worst. Service ever. This place always is extremely busy and only ever has one single worker. Currently standing in line for over 25 min and there was about 6 people in front of me. I don’t even want ice cream anymore. Ridiculous.Update: waited 45 minutes for my ice cream.
Got the vanilla ice cream. Not the best for its price. You might have some better luck with the other flavours.
The middle aged man with a light accent, who I think is the owner, served me today. He is a lazy worker and overcharges you.I very specifically ordered the "waffle bowl" (a free option), but instead, was given a vanilla bowl (which costs extra). The reason why he immediately gives you a vanilla bowl instead of asking "chocolate, vanilla, or regular?" is because the vanilla bowl looks almost identical to the free regular waffle bowl. If he were to give you the chocolate dipped one, you'd obviously know that you're being overcharged. This way, he's hoping that you never notice or don't notice that he's overcharged you until it's too late. I only noticed when looking at the receipt later on. I am sure that thousands of others have fallen victim to this subtle scam which can easily be played off as an honest mistake when it's called out. I have to applaud the ingenuity of such a well thought out tactic.Furthermore, he is cheap, lazy, and wasteful. He's stingy with portions and folds the ice cream over the toppings a mere 2 times, mixing them really poorly. He also left an eighth of the ice cream on the cold plate which is just a lose-lose for everyone, really. The customer gets less of the product they paid for, he has more clean-up, and food is wasted.Overall, a damn shame because the ice cream tasted okay (which is why I don't give a 1).
