Good food. Love their garlic sauce. Staff are great, even though the kid sometimes get carried away with the hot sauce. Overall, a great shawarma joint. I've only ever ordered chicken, salad, rice and fries. Can't comment on the rest of the menu. Their portions are awesome too.Thanks for the great food. I've probably ordered there about 20 times. It was always good. Now I don't live nearby anymore so I will miss this place.
Been coming to this location for 7+ years but after tonight I will NO longer be returning! Normally I order from the owner or the wife and their kids.Lady working tonight is clueless when it comes to basic hygiene and owner should be notified of this ASAP before the health department shuts them down……Lady working uses her glove to put the chicken into the wrap but then decides to touch the screen for another persons payment then puts the SAME glove back on and proceeds to finish the wrap…. A moment later she uses the glove to touch money then uses the SAME glove to put veggies into my wrap contaminating all the veggies. Gets better though, she then uses the SAME glove instead of a spoon to put the chicken and fries into my other combo I ordered.I told her out of respect that I refuse to take the food and she is shocked as she believes she’s done nothing wrong…. She offers to remake the food again but fails to realize that she CONTAMINATED all the chicken, veggies and fries. I really hope the location looks into this and throws out all that food before people get sick especially the people who ordered after I left.I am disappointed as I have been a weekly customer with coworkers for lunch since my office is nearby. Unfortunately it would be very hard to return….
The place honestly doesn't look like much, the store itself is very small. I went for takeout lunch with a coworker, both of us ordered chicken shawarma wraps. They were delicious and good value. Their hot sauce is actually HOT!!! (but delicious).The guy I was with liked the food so much that he ended up getting dinner platters the very next day for him and his wife for supper! He said they were delicious too.I can't wait to go back to try some of the other menu options...Thanks for the delicious meals!
One of the best shawarma spots out there. Love the staff as they always show love and have great customer service. They always fill up my food and it is always delectable! Recommend 100%
Great food with excellent prices. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met when I left something super important to me by accident and called the restaurant they got it for me and kept it until i arrived. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend eating here! :)
Running errands near The Shops on Steeles, we stopped over to order some chicken shawarma with fries and rice and it was doused with delicious white sauce and hot sauce. The hot sauce will burn if you are not used to it, but we love the added spice and it adds a pleasant kick. Great customer service.
I've never had a meal that would be any less than truly enjoyable @ Lazeez. A fine selection of food, reasonably large portions, and a service with a smile. The most important part is an unavoidable sweets section that I always try to resist and have never managed to - they are just too good to pass!

Have been here several times and drove here to try to support the restaurant during lockdown even though it's not in my area. Normally the service is friendly, especially when the teenaged boy is working. He's a good kid.Tonight I ordered a large sandwich and it was barely hot. Meat was cooked to a temperature that the person making the sandwich could easily transfer the meat with her thinly gloved hand. Must have been very upsetting for me to order meat that wasn't already in the warming tin an hour before closing.I then asked for the large sandwich to be cut in half because it would be easier to eat in the car. The one making my sandwich looked over at someone I assume was the owner, who told me it would cost 50 cents to do so and put it in a box. I didn't bother saying anything and just walked out. I guess I should have tipped $1 and paid 50 cents instead of the $1.50 that I did tip, and I and would have gotten what I wanted.Good way to ruin a repeat customer.
The food was good but they had no concept of physical distancing. There were way too many people crowded in at the same time.When I brought that to their attention they dismissed it showing me the the spots on the floor. They are not maintaining the distancing protocol.
