Happy to discover this little HK style bakery place! Tried their cinnamon roll and love it because it is not too sweet and with lots of cinnamon. The hot milk tea was also very good! Very good service, thank you!
Really good Slush with **Real Fruits**i got the mango pineapple and it was really good !i’m giving it a 5 star because they use REAL FRUITS !wish they were open on sundays !
clean and pleasant space, unbelievably good and filling buns for only $2, microwave to reheat them, great slush (with boxes of the powder available to make it yourself at home!), very friendly and helpful lady :)will absolutely be back whenever I'm in town! ❤️
Traditional HK style buns. Nothing fancy but good taste, and good size portion with reasonable price.Staffs are friendly. Got dozen of goodies from this store.
Kin kin bakery is a small bakery & bubble tea I do not usually go to store like this because I don't even drink bubble tea anyways so I decided to go in and see what I can find to munch on I choose the last cinnamon roll my Goodness let me tell you it was the best Cinnamon bun I ever had! you have to try
All baked goods are made fresh daily earlier the better sell out fast custard bun my favourite melts right in your mouth cinnamon buns taste excellent I would recommend

I have been coming here for 5 years and never fails to disappoint me and the worker there is so nice and is a very kind and great lady and its super great and for such a great deal o usually buy 1 strawberry smoothie boba and its for only 5 dollars but there is a place called chatime that is so good but kin kin is better and cheaper so I highly recommend this place for your go-to boba place and the buns are so good.
Oct2021: Low key asian bakery with friendly customer service. Went with the $5 milk tea and two buns special.Both buns were excellent: a good size, fresh and tasty. Had the pork bun and the red bean pineapple bun. Liked the milk tea tooHave been shopping at the Food Basics in the mall for several years and was unaware of this bakery until recently.Anyways, will definitely return again.
This is one of my favourite places to go on my break. The custard buns are to die for and their slushes are amazing! Everything is always fresh and they have great end of day deals
