Not impressed with the cakes or the pastries. They don't taste Iranian at all (taste more like Canadian cakes). Their 1 kg boxes are NOT 1 kg, they're a lot smaller...
Reliably the best cookies and shortbread-type pastries around. Flavour is out of this world. Great selection, great taste, great prices
I as an usual costumer of this pastry have to say that I am disappointed. Based on the last 3 purchases, it seems as if the quality of the products has degraded. Furthermore, the costumer service is no longer as great and respectful as before.
Horrible customer servicewe asked them couple of days ahead to make us fresh pastry for a really really important occasion they didn't even bother they gave me the most out dated old pastries and we were so embarrassed by the time we got to the party. When we argued with seller that why are pastries so old she was so rude and she wouldn't take any responsibilities. We paid a deposit to get get fresh pastries and they said by doing so they will make us fresh pastry which they completely ignored and I received the most poor customer service. When asked why these are old she shouted this is what it is take it or leave. you either take it or we don't give you any deposit back.

I don't get the fact when people run their business off the standards ? I asked if I can add one creamy slice of cake in my pastry box and she didn't say no and add that when I opened the box the cake was smashed and I got it just because of the topping that got my toddler 's attention and in the box was enough space to put that piece but she didn't care obviously when I went back to show her what happened because of her negligence I didn't get even a simple apologyI don't recommend this place that they don't know how to do their job and not eager to fix it
Bought a $40 cake and the banana inside was rotten. Not just ripe but sour and rotten.I called to report it (without a refund request or anything) and the manager argued endlessly and angrily. Very very disappointed and it ruined my husbands birthday.
their service and quality are outstanding . they always welcome you and their pastries are always fresh. their price is very reasonable too.
Terrible quality and customer service and very rude staff, If you find hair in pastry (like me)don’t bother yourself to tell them because they will accuse you that you did that!!and they expect you to apologize !!
